This unit works amazing and has completely modernized my car! The touchscreen is super responsive, and the interface is intuitive and easy to use. It makes driving so much more convenient, whether itâs for navigation, music, or hands-free calls. Absolutely love it!The only small downside is that Bluetooth doesnât always connect automatically, but once itâs connected, it works flawlessly. Overall, this is a great unit and well worth the upgrade!

Not Bad for the Price
PROS: I was shocked at how affordable this head unit was considering it included the panel and back up camera. Installation was fairly easy and was glad all the wires and harnesses were included for my 2011 Honda Civic SI.CONS: Routing the reverse camera wires was not easy and some soldering was needed. The camera was missing a tiny screw so had to hunt one down. Also, the camera didn’t have the right panel to properly attach to my car so had to buy a separate item to install it. Bluetooth was a little flaky at first but it seemed to have fixed itself.OVERALL: Well worth it and I enjoyed installing this unit putting my so-called soldering skills to the test. My car didn’t have bluetooth so this really helped my driving experience.

Would rate zero but thats not an option.The assist part of this device doesnt work which means you can only use google to open apps. & google doesnt allow you use youtube or sync you screen, which is part of the reason i purchased this thing.Its “skippy” at best when it comes to music, but that doesnt mattet hecause its all base. Cant adjust the sound cause its in hrtz and to get there you have to play the one song preloaded into the thing..Does not come with factory key so I emailed them 5 days ago.. still haven’t heard back. Oh but they wanted my amazon order number instead of the model number to the unit.. totally scam-yNow i have to pay to have the thing removed so i can send this garbage backYes the screen was an update to the car but not one I will keep..

Easy to Install, Everything Included
This is a cheap way to make your aging Civic feel new. It installs very easily and includes all the necessary wiring harnesses. My only complaint is the plastic bezel is not a 100% perfect fit to the factory HVAC controls, so one of the AC buttons sticks now. CarPlay works seamlessly. It has included GPS. THe screen is easily visible to the driver without a ton of glare like other aftermarket units on 8th gen Civics. I will recommend this to any owner of an 8th gen Civic looking to refresh their ride with a decent hands free CarPlay unit.

A Economy Head Unit with Flaws
The Wireless Apple Car Play is NIIIIICE! The screen is large and makes my Civic look like a modern car.Now for the shortfalls:1. This head unit is not intuitive and very hard to setup.a. Setting the head unit time is found in Android settings and must dig around2. This radio easily overpowers the factory speakers. Getting the sound just right requires multiplesetting in different areas in Factory settings. (Remember code 8888)3. The sound is not uniform when switching between iTunes and the radio. The radio is significantlylouder.4. The radio is so loud at the LOWEST setting it will be hard to have a conversation. When using Car Playmedia this issue does not exist.5. There is no adjustment to make Siri talk louder over music. When in radio mode, the volumecompletely overpowers her voice.6. The tech support is very responsive however they do not have resolutions. They sent me two files toupdate the android that didn’t work.7. The display does not auto dim at night. To dim the display you must dig through settings which makesyou take your eyes off the road. They should of put buttons on the side of the unit.At the end of the day this was a cheap unit. You get what you pay for. After learning how to live with the unit, I’m actually happy with it. My main goal was Car Play, and it does that very well.

Honda Civic apple play devise.
Very nice look and very clean install.Please find or learn you access code to program this item. After install it can’t be adjusted without it. As of yet can’t set clock, but it is exactly one hour ahead of time now.Additionally you can not seem to be able to operate it without Bluetooth or some kind of sharing app.
