Great for dry eye and sinus pressure headaches
Incredible. I get dry eye from time to time and bad sinus headaches and this has been my magic cure. Itâs moist without being damp and stays warm the length of time you need. Super happy with it!!

These are the bomb for Meibomian Gland Dysfunction
I have *extremely* dry eyes. Most of the time they feel either goopy or like I have something stuck in them. Systane Ultimate didn’t work, Pataday didn’t work, Azelastine didn’t work, steroid eye drops didn’t work. My optometrist suggested that I try warm compresses 5 times a day for 10 minutes, and that it should be warm/hot enough to be uncomfortable, but not actually enough to burn the skin. I’ll just say right up front that I don’t have time for that. I do however use this mask for 3-5 minutes at least once a day, sometimes twice, and it definitely helps.I heat it for 30 seconds, put it on my eyes LIGHTLY because it’s super hot at first. I still use it but I kind of squeeze it height wise so the heat is only right where my lash line is until it cools enough for me to just let it go. Once I do that, I push in where my lash line is to make sure I get ample heat there because it does cool quite fast. Once I remove it, I push on my lash line with kind of a back and forth motion to try to express the glands. I can’t really feel the glands release the oils when I do it, but afterward I can tell that my eyes have way better lubrication.Another bonus is that it creates moist heat. I don’t know how these beads do it but you don’t have to put it in water or do anything in particular to make it so it releases steam, but they do. My orbital eye area feels nice and moisturized when I take them off. Doesn’t last, but it’s nice for that moment.The only thing that could make this better is if I didn’t have to put it in the microwave each time I want to use it. Sometimes I use it downstairs and that’s more convenient because I am near the kitchen, but when I want to use it at night and I’m already upstairs it’s kind of a hassle to have to go down to the kitchen to heat it. I know there are some masks that are self-heating like those hand warmer pouches, and that would be fantastic for this product.Verdict: I’ll definitely keep purchasing these. The price is right, and they just plain work.

The best eye mask
The best eye mask. Switched over from another popular brands starting with a B and this one is way more comfortable, easy to use and much more durable. Optase products are the best.

Helpful product for dry eye
This is my second mask. My first one wore out after 6 years of daily use. The elastic and Velcro no longer worked. This mask has helped my dry eye. I highly recommend it

My skepticism was proven wrong.
I was expecting this to be a waste of money but was pleasantly surprised because it actually worked. I have extremely dry eyes which stick shut when I sleep [even for an hour.] I didn’t want to continue prescription drops and OTC drops only work for short periods of time, if at all. My Ophthalmologist recommended Optase as he uses it daily for his dry eye issues. The first couple of days I was ready to write this off as a waste of money, but I kept at it and after a few more days I found my eyes didn’t stick shut at night anymore. It’s a very subtle change, but it works. I use it twice a day, religiously. [Once a day wasn’t enough for me.] I’ve also noticed that I actually have some fluid in my eyes when I cry now – I never had tears before – and I don’t use drops anymore. Again, it took a few days to really kick in and I have to use it twice a day, but 10 minutes twice a day has made all the difference in the world for my eyes. [And yes, the pads don’t really stay hot for 10 minutes, but they stay hot long enough.]

Best eye mask ever!
I need to use warm compresses on my eyes a few times a day for severe dry eyes. I use the disposable ones when I go to bed, but wanted a microwaveable one for during the day. I tried a few others and they didnât hold heat for more than a couple minutes They also felt like they were sitting on my eye ridges instead of my eyelids. I had to press them down and hold them against my eyes to feel the warmth. This eye mask not only holds the heat much longer, but really sits right on my eyes and even feels comfortably weighted down due to the stuff inside them. They fit great- I love the Velcro adjustable strap-and are easy to use. Thereâs no smell, and my eyes feel great afterward. Awesome product!

ok for the price, doesn’t hold heat long
The product is worth the price. Use is not as convenient as others since you have to microwave it. It feels like warm bean bags for the eye, very soothing. It does not hold the heat very long at all. Maybe 4 minutes.

Ich bin bisher super zufrieden, die Maske tut meinen Augen sehr gut und ein weiterer super Vorteil ist, dass ich viel schneller und besser einschlafe, weil meine Augen dadurch schnell entspannen und ich auch mein Handy vorm schlafen nicht mehr nutze (da es nicht geht mit der Maske).

Rimedio “casalingo” per occhi “secchi” e affaticati, consigliato dal medico oculista si è rivelato molto efficace nel ridurre la sensazione di pizzicore e secchezza oculare.Non vale certo come terapia risolutiva, e utilizzatelo solo dietro suggerimento medico (se soffrite di glaucoma o altri disturbi della pressione oculare il calore anche moderato è controindicato), ma usato regolarmente allevia i fastidi. Non superate i tempi di applicazione suggeriti.Un consiglio, utilizzate delle compressine di garza o tessuto non tessuto tra le palpebre e la maschera per prolungarne la durata e mantenerla pulita, è lavabile ma deve asciugare almeno 24h quindi meglio lavarla il meno possibile.

Really soothing for the eyes. Good product and easy to use. Dont overheat and microwaved mine for 20 minutes. Great adjustable Velcro straps to fit different head sizes. Not sticky and effective.
