Fantastic serum
I LOVE this serum. Much more affordable than the other high-end brand and exact dupe! Works wonders on my skin. The âhot dogâ smell is normal and is due to Ferulic Acid and Ascorbic Acid combining. ALL c+E+ferulic serums smell like that (provided that itâs the combo of ascorbic acid (c) + ferulic) – even the âhigh-end skin***** brand). If you hate the smell, than I would suggest using a different form of c (such as MAP or SAP or THD Ascorbate) + ferulic acid. There are many on market available, but not as effective as pure Ascorbic Acid. This is my second purchase of this serum and since the results are fantastic; I will continue to re-purchase.

Great product reasonable price
I just started using this serum after switching from ZO SKIN health serum (which is fantastic, but it’s $90 and doesn’t last long). The first day I used it I did not read the directions and slathered it on my face and my skin ended up looking greasy (A little goes a long way). I followed the directions and only use three drops and patted it into the skin (donât rub it across the face). It made a huge world of difference. This product works VERY well on my African American skin leaving it with a nice even glowing skin.

Hot Dog Water
This product seems to be good quality and feels good when I use it. I canât speak to how well it works because I donât use it consistently because it SMELLS LIKE HOT DOG WATER. It is disgusting and makes me not want to use it but feel like I have to after what I spent on it (which seems fair based on it being a dupe for skincueticals c e ferulic). I just wish someone had included that in a review before I purchased and I wouldâve maybe reconsidered. I wonât be repurchasing again solely because of the smell. If you can get past that, Iâm sure this is a great product.

Great Value for money
Iâm not sure about the processing in the lab, but after reading up on it, I think this product is properly formulated and the ingredients are stable.Iâve used this before and then went on to skinceuticals and now back to this. (No breakouts or red rashes with either of the products)I can honestly say I think itâs of the same quality….possibly better because it arrived clear.I read up that vitamin c serums go yellow, then orange, then brown when they lose efficacy or basically get old.Skinceuticals arrives with a slight discoloration. Iâm sure itâs still fine, but I think Biobare is fresher. Also, if I look at the ingredients, biobare has extra vit c and extra ingredients. But, I donât know the science stuff and I know skinceuticals put a lot of research into their product…and biobare is newer.Anyway, the main thing is, my skin does look brighter and it does moisturize. I didnât feel I had to add a moisturizer after, but I did anyway.I also use it day and night as itâs economical enough to do so….and it does make a difference.Then, a tip I found to keep the product fresh (clear). Keep it in the fridge. I got a sample bottle through skinceuticals and put this into the empty sample bottle so I donât open and close the main bottle too often. Oxygen also breaks down the efficacy of vitamin CLastly, it has a strange smell. But all proper vit c products have that smell and itâs gone after a few seconds.Iâm leaning toward this product over skinceuticals right now. I will update if anything changes l!

Giant price hike
I had been using this product for several years, then mysteriously Amazon no longer had it. But now it’s back but, almost twice as expensive as it was previously. Even though the previous incarnation of this product was good, I can’t justify the added cost.

A little goes a long way. It works!
I have used a lot of vitamin c products with limited results. I have been using this product for a few days now and love it. There is really no scent, which is incredible, as my nose has always been offended by other serums I have used. A little goes a long way! You donât need a lot at all. I canât say I totally love the applicator shape, I think the hole on the dropper is far too large for the thinness of the serum. Itâs incredibly hydrating, and my skin is looking way brighter and much more dewy. Fantastic! I also love the white glass which helps prolong the shelf life.

Great face serum!!
I was using Skin Ceuticals, but it was so expensive, thought I would give this a try, I am very happy with this product! Very cost effective, I don’t see a difference in this and the 2 Skin Ceutical products that I was using together to get all the things in this one bottle…except a lot of savings. My skin is so soft, supple, and well moisturized. I have a few eye ‘crinkles’ from smiling and laughing …not bad for a 50+ year old woman!

Great Product
Absolutely love this product !!! The texture and tone of my skin is amazing after using this for 4 weeks. Word of caution- If you schedule facial fillers or Botox injections be sure and stop using 10 days before treatment. With any facial injectables you are told to stop using vitamin E , it never occurred to me that the vitamin e in this product would affect my face. I bruised more than usual a few weeks ago when receiving fillers and it was due to the vitamin E in this product . Live and learn, otherwise Iâm loving this!!!
