Company Uncooperative
One of the wheels on this chair broke. The company was not cooperative in a replacement part. Finally, I had to study their parts list, order the part at my expense and replace it. The chair was only six months old. It is advertised for a man or woman. It is too large for me a woman.

Super comfortable office chair! I sit many hours for work and feel very comfortable with this chair, it can lock right up or rock with just a lever pull, soft lowering mechanism and great rolling. Made with very good quality materials, and the arm rests go up for extra room, great feature!!!

No holes for the Lumbar support?????
Put the whole thing together only to realize they did not put the holes in to secure the lumbar support handle. So now its just hanging there. The armrests were also gouged up. Support phone number goes to a voicemail. Frustrating!!!!! ð¤

NICE CHAIR SEAT NOT LONG ENOUGH IN FRONT
Got my chair today, took about 1 1/2 to put it together. Assembly was on point. I have been sitting in chair now for about 2 hours, my back hurts. Only drawback see with this chair is that the seat is not long enough in front for people with long legs. I am 5ft 8″ tall. I feel I need more seat in front where chair seat comes right under my knee cap. As is my knee cap sits about 5 or 6 inches from front of chair seat. Would be fine for person with shorter legs. It did have a tiny chip on left on round part of left arm. However no big deal. Hardly noticeable. I just might take apart and send it back. My old chair seat was perfect. Not cut off in the front 6″ which gives full body support. Should have bought same brand chair again, not try something new. ; ( Will give it another day and see if my back still hurts.

Seat fabric separated after a year of use. never had an office chair wear so quickly.
