Excellent product with quick shipping. I ordered from another company and received a broken lid and crock shipped in manufacturer’s original box with many holes in the box. Company said it was sending a replacement, but it had not shipped even before the last night of expected delivery. Being in a panic because it was to be a bridal shower gift a few days later, I placed this Amazon order late on a Monday night and the properly packaged item arrived Wednesday morning early. Very pleased with product and shipper. The bride to be was very happy with her new Crockpot. It is exactly the size she wanted and has the many features she wanted. Food is flavorful, tender, and ready whenever you set it for. Very pleased with this product although it is a bit heavy for elderly people to carry. It works well and cooks great.

quality construction and good programmable features
I work from home and I prefer preparing the food the night before so its ready on time and not get up early for it, so programming serve time is very useful. I don’t have much experience with slow cookers but the relatively simple recipe I did worked wonders! The meat, potatoes, and carrots weren’t too soft but far from being too hard – they were just right! Tasted very good and I noticed that about an hour or two before the designated time, it kicked slightly into a higher gear, as the temperature rose a bit and the scent spread throughout the house.Note that the dimensions specified in the video clip (first one) are incorrect. The dimensions specified on the product page are the correct ones.I am very happy with this slow cooker. I haven’t tried manual settings yet but since I had a good experience with programming it, I’ll stick to it for the time being.

The Crock Pot brand has been around for decades and is a trusted name in the slow cooker market. I didnât look at any other brands, just shopped the model options from Crock Pot. We chose this one for its unique feature of allowing you to set the time you want your dinner to be ready. No more trying to determine when to start it and counting the amount of hours on your fingers. You simply input the time you want it to be ready and it will adjust the temperature according to the type of meal being prepared. We have used this feature twice now and have had great results both times. It does add a few more buttons so the simplicity of the old fashion crock pot may be gone, but it is easy to learn and walks you through it on the screen. The large capacity and locking lid made this an easy choice for our needs. Itâs a very nice model and highly recommended.

This is a great crock pot for larger items. It has a timer, clock, and minute counter to tell you how long it’s been cooking. Easy to clean, heavy, and durable. Good for roasts, soups, and sauces.

I love my new Crock-Pot! My old one was over 20 years old and this one has all the new features including different temperatures, timer, can be set for a time to be ready and the keep warm feature that last a good period of time. My only wish is that has had a white crock instead of a black one. Other than that I love this crock-pot!

Easy to use and great tasting results. However, the automatic function needs a refinement. Along with the 0-2, and 2+ lbs setting, a 4+ lbs setting would be good. Had a 5.5 lb Turkey go undercooked. After manually adding more 1 hr, it was perfectly done though.
