Great Tool and Best Customer Service
Life time warranty with Wiha no hassle guarantee for repair or replacement. Customer service sent replacement unit and no issues with the new unit. Replacement handle is made in Netherlands and not Germany.Original Review:Wiha 28393 Insulated Slim Line Precision Pop Up Screwdriver is made In Germany and feel great in hand, light weight, accessible to use in tight panels and perfect to carry in belt pouch. Two of the spring loaded bit holder broke in less than one week. Rotating control cap also broke and back end kept opening. One of the slotted bit also break within a few days while replacing old backstabbed electrical outlets. If you need Insulated Interchangeable Screwdriver Set I would recommend to Klein 8-in-1 Screwdriver Set model 32288. Not compact all-in-one tool compare with Wiha 28393 but will last a life time.

A quality tool, but………….
When you get this tool, you can see and feel that it’s a quality tool. I find the price to be really high, however I have no buyers remorse. I’m trying to minimize my tools and this works well for my plan. There is a drawback though.I’ve included photos, which I must apologize for the quality of the photos as I have no vise at this time, so holding steady was complicated. These bits aren’t standardized, so using this screwdriver for your other attachments that are standard 1/4″ shouldered, will not fit in this tool! It’s close, but not quite. In the photos, I’ve used a metal ruler with 64th markings and it appears to me that the Wiha bits (red) are 15/64″ not (silver) 1/4″ as a standard bit I had here. This blows my plans to be able to add onto this tool and buy other sets of hex bits, nut drivers, etc. that I initially planned to purchase to build onto this base tool.I will keep this screwdriver as it will still be a handy tool for my minimized vision, though if I had known that I’d be unable to use standard sized shouldered bits, I honestly doubt I would have purchased in the first place.

Great screwdriver for daily use!

Clip breaks, bits fly out.
It’s good until the clip pops off and the bits are constantly popping out the handle. I would recommend the other version that’s not spring loaded and relies on a cheap clip to keep bits inside.

Very nice insulated screwdriver
It works well and it lightens my tool pouch

Top shelf tool
Top shelf tool. Very handy.
SAbsolutely rips for the size. Hold up very well to mediocre pilots. The only suggestion I have is if you are new to flying, this one is too fast unless you have a huge area to learn in. –
Absolute garbage!
Absolute garbage. You canât use it without the cap popping open and if youâre working with something hot that is the last thing you want to happen. Worst money I have ever spent. Would not recommend under any circumstances and for the price itâs a rip off!

Locking mechanism doesn’t work, no help offered, also looked second hand

Es muy ligero y no tan voluminoso, el mango no es igual a los otros destornilladores de Wiha pero es comodo, ademas contiene las puntas mas comunes.

I have been a Wiha customer for a while now, and have been actively recommending their products to the people around me because of their superior quality. I think this will change now.Bought this a few days ago because I lost my terminal driver. This came in with really cheap plastic finish that looks like a $30 Princess Auto generic screwdriver. it is advertised as precision screw driver but only 2 out of the 7 pieces are “precision” sized. definitely not worth the $140
