I Love Love how you can adjust these! Easy to remove and add. The weight can go light or heavy. I use these for my bat wings I got when lost a lot of weight. They are easy to hold. I picked this color and love that they had different color options. Good quality to make my workout easier.

What a great affordable way to cut down on clutter in your at home gym. The adjustable dumbbells are very good quality and durable plastic where each plate has a locking feature so they won’t slide out. It’s so easy to adjust and pick how heavy or light you want the dumbbells to be. I like how customizable you can make your workouts by having these.
