Dell is a great brand for computers
Have had it for about two weeks. I got to replace my Dell Inspiron laptop which needed repairing. This is a very cool computer. Super nice screen quality, super easy to setup and fast when browsing the internet.Dell has treated me great when it comes to computers.

I was skeptical at the price point and an All-in-One (AIO) as my past experience was 50/50.I purchased an additional 16gb and found a video on the installation instructions – took less than 10 minutes even watching the video.Starts up very quickly and is very responsive.The keyboard is a bit flimsy, but works well.Family loves it.Screen is beautiful – crisp, great colors, large.

Don’t Waste Your Money
I’d give it zero stars if I could. I bought this for my dad less than a year ago. He had issues with it from the start, and Dell support was a joke. It won’t even turn on anymore. It shows blinking lights, indicating a power rail failure, requiring a new power board or something like that. My dad barely uses his computer. Dell quality is horrible. How disappointing. This computer wasn’t cheap either.Buy a Mac! You can’t go wrong with a Mac! I have a super cheap HP from Costco that I payed $300 for years ago. It’s flawless and still works like new. It’s also an all in one.Now my dad is without a computer.I told him not to get a DELL since he’s had several, and all have lasted only a few years. He didn’t listen and wanted this one, which I was dumb enough to buy.Never again!

The wireless keyboard was missing its dongle so it could not work. I am using a borrowed keyboard. The company wouldn’t send a replacement keyboard if I just returned the defective keyboard in its own box. I was horrified to learn that I would have to drag the entire heavy computer package to the post office that was shipped in a pair of very large, double boxes, wait for the computer to be refunded and then the reorder simply to replace a missing 1/2″ dongle. Instead, a family member has offered to spend the $31 it will cost to buy me a new keyboard (which I was adamant I would not spend) so I don’t have to bother with the transport hassle. If the offer hadn’t been made, I was mad and disappointed enough to return the computer and then order a computer from someone else but I have light sensitive eyes and want the ComfortView screen. I initially gave this computer 3 stars. The computer itself runs well enough, other than there being an extremely long pause sometimes, such as when booting or when loading a document from a memory stick, long enough to think the computer isn’t working, so that’s a new adjustment. I subtracted a star for this. Would I buy again? No. Because of the impractical customer service policy, I would buy a different brand from a different seller.
