Great price, great quality
For someone that likes an organized, minimalist style on a budget, the IRIS Metal Garment Rack in the black color with dark wood is great. Itâs on the fairly cheaper side and if you have a Prime account it comes within 3 days. Itâs a good find for a good price. Itâs very useful and adds a nice decorative touch to a room.It was packaged well with enough padding and not a ton of waste. It wasnât very heavy; I live on the third floor of an apartment and was able to carry it without help up the stairs. Building was slightly confusing because there were no labels on the pieces but if you have some extra time itâs a simple DIY and the directions are not hard to understand. Also, no power tools are needed, a simple screw driver will do(I used a Philips head). There are also extra screw pieces which is nice because those are easy little pieces to lose. Overall it took a little over half an hour to assemble.Iâm a college student living in a room with a small closet and a lot of clothes. This rack provides a convenient storage option for smaller spaces. The rack gives me plenty of space for my clothes and the wood shelfing is a nice touch to store things or decorate! The quality is great for the price! I enjoy how it makes my simple, minimal room look very stylish.In short, I do recommend this item for those on a budget that need a nice organizing piece or enjoy the minimalistic style. Again, shipping was fast (I do have a Prime account and am unsure how fast shipping without one would take), it was fairly simple to put everything together and overall it has been very durable and sturdy.

I love that this garment rack is shorter than most I saw as I had to accommodate for a bedroom with no closet and a VERY short ceiling (~5â4). I bought brother the rack with the 4 shelves and the rack with no shelves. To go side-by-side. If I had more uninterrupted wall space I would have bought one more! They look very stylish, hold ~40 hangers each (more if I switched to thinner hangers). The shelves are great for displaying jewelry, handbags, and other heavily used items, without making my room look cluttered. I appreciate the aesthetic, that it doesnât look like it belongs in the stock room of a clothing store. Would be an excellent buy for a laundry room or studio apartment as well. I love them! Assembly – I was able to put them together with no power tools and a bad back injury (just needed help getting the box inside and into my room). Sturdiness – I wouldât feel comfortable with a crawler/ toddler around (it would fall if they tried to climb it) but I can hold a LOT of clothing! Durability – had to send back my first (used) order because one of the shelves had a large chip. It looks great assembled, but I can see how it wouldnât be that hard to chip it.

Simple but sophisticated clothing rack
I got this rack over Black Friday and I’m very happy with it. After finishing assembly, it looks just like the picture. It’s very sturdy but lightweight, and easy to move around the house (comes with felt pads for the bottom). I personally like the look of the white one more, but I think the black is a clean look that won’t get dirty.I took 1 star off because assembly was a pain, and because the screws were too long / the holes for the screws were too small (I ended up screwing too deep on one board and there’s a dent where it almost broke through the surface.)My recommendations are: Grease the pipes a bit to make it easier to insert the upper half into the lower half. The holes in the boards for the screws are too small, so try to widen them with the screw first, before you actually screw the pipes onto them.Aside from the screws, the instructions were pretty easy to follow and the package came with minimal fuss, so I’m happy about that.

Perfect
I love my clothing rack, its perfect and I just keep all my favorite items on display. I haven’t had any problems with it and I’ve had it for a few months so far. It hasn’t broke or gotten unsturdy, its easy to move and it fits perfectly in my room. I think just as long as you’re not an idiot, you should be fine.

Youâll question your reason for living with this product
So, I have never written an online review. First timer here! But my lord I needed to write one for this. This item right here sent me through every emotion possible while assembling it. I cried, I laughed, I had an existential crisis. I spent 2.5 hours assembling it. The directions are pretty clear too. Overall, good product. Itâs sturdy and looks great. Would I buy it again? Probably not. Not unless someone wants to assemble it for me. Honestly, I hated myself less while trying to assemble IKEA furniture while having another person yelling at me that I was doing it wrong. And, this product is easy to assemble yourself. It was delivered in a timely fashion too. I feel like a little kid coming home from school with a god awful art project âlook what I made!â Iâve showed the photo of it fully assembled to my friends. They were left unimpressed. I just wanted them to say they were proud of me. Iâm proud of me.

Overwhelming assembly at first but worth it!
I am so glad I bought this. It seems overwhelming at first to put together.. once we figured it out tho, me and my 6 year old and 8 year old put it together so quick. The silver screws go to the shelves at the very end, there are “pre marked holes” on the partical board where you line up the screws. And then the rod screws are already screwed into the black rods that make the shelves, so as you go take the screws out, get a spacer and use the same screws to assemble the rod shelving. I think the hardest part was getting the bottom rods connected and assembled… I do suggest two people putting it together. But it is a great space saver and it looks so pretty! Pay attention to which way you’re trying to tighten the screws. The spacers also do not go In between the shelves and the rod when you’re using the silver screws. goodluck! You’ll get the hang of it! My 6 and 8 year old we’re able to finish putting in the rods for the shelves by themselves. And then we screwed on the particle board last together.

Sturdy, but not rock solid. Perfect fit for my small space. Assembly was quite simple, but they really should include instructions. Would be 5 stars if assembly instructions were included. Would buy again and would recommend.

This is quite easy to assemble, though some directions were confusing. Itâs narrow and modern looking, and quite sturdy for holding clothes, though it wobbles a bit if you bump it. Love it!
