Customer service is fantastic!
I love my initial air fryer and decided to buy a new one 4 months ago, a Nuwave 8qt. Just like the previous one, I loved cooking with it! Unfortunately, after 4 months the unit was sensing the door was open when it was closed, and therefore the unit did not turn on. I contacted customer service one evening and the next morning I received a response. The rep asked for a video to see what was going on. I sent it and in less than 24 hours I once again received a response that they would replace the unit. I was told it would take 3-5 days, I received my new one in 2 days and I am happily cooking once again! Great air fryer and great customer service!!!!!

Perfect except for 1 issue.
What a great air fryer but weâve had an issue with a few of them. We love this fryer so much we donât want to give up on it even though weâve had 3 failures. For some reason after a few months the basket wonât close completely. Maybe we use it too much but the top right of the basket catches on something and wonât fully close. Support has been great so weâre not giving up. I highly recommend due to size, being ceramic and ease of use.

We have had a few air fryers but this is my favorite one so far. Comes apart easily to wash, strong enough to cook most things in and is aesthetically pleasing

Good Air Fryer
Giving this 5 starts because all factored in, itâs very well worth the price. I love the style mostly, but it cooks very well too. I like that you can adjust the wattage. I bought this because of the dehydrator with the thought of making treats for my dogs but I havenât mastered this yet.

Slow to cook and teflon lined?
I really donât think itâs ceramic, as advertised, looks and feels like non stick teflon (or other).Also doesnât cook near as quickly as our last air fryer that was less expensive (got rid of it because of the teflon coating)
