A decent at home substitute!!!
This bar takes your resistance bands workouts to the next level!!! In fact, it is a decent at home substitute if you’re unable to get on the Olympic lifting platforms at the gym due to the high volume crowds in that area or running out of time!!!ððð

Seems like a very high quality product
I used the bar once with my resistance bands. The bar went together very easy and seems very strong. It has a comfortable coating. I like the ability to shorten the bar, I believe it will provide good versatility.It does not come with caribeaners, so make sure to pick a couple up after you order.

It works well!
It works. I’m only giving it 4 stars because I think it could be better in two ways. 1) The material that covers the bar is both not that soft and could offer better grip. 2) I wish this came with option where the ends curved a little to help those with should flexibility issues to do squats with the bad behind your neck. But this bar works well. It’s heavy duty and not made of some cheap material. I am pleased with this.
