Working As Intended
As a first time mom, I was looking for a safer and more efficient alternative than using the nail clippers. I only had this product for a few days so these are what I have to say. Will probably update if anything changes.This works great if you’re looking to file down your baby’s nails at any time because it is gentle. It is pleasantly working as intended—gentle on my newborn and also keeping her nails from getting too sharp. I haven’t used any other similar products so I don’t have a baseline to compare how quiet it is but it is fairly quiet that my newborn doesn’t seem bothered by it. I like the grip and multiple pads for different age stages because it makes it feel like a good long term investment. The case is sturdy and surprisingly convenient—you can lift the panel that holds the nail buffer unit and pads to store the charging cable and probably fit the instruction manual if folded. It looks and feels nice while fitting well in my grip.The only thing I wished it had was a label stating which pad is for which age stage in case it gets mixed up during a use for a family that may have multiple children of different ages. The manual may indicate the location at the time of purchase which pad belongs to which age stage but if 2-3 are taken out and not put back, it would be difficult to tell.I was on the fence about this product but changed my mind at how often I use it. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase! I would highly recommend.

Works like a charm for my newborn – a must have for every new parents!I thought I could just manage with a manual file until my newborn got a little older before using a nail clipper. But by the time by newborn was 3 weeks old, she became too alert to do manual filing and even at 5 weeks, I couldn’t clip her nails without piercing her skin. As soon as I used this electric file, it didn’t disrupt by newborns sleep and the gentlest mode would stop automatically if you applied too much pressure.
