New to the brand but definitely a fan. Amazing brad nailerâcompact, consistent, and hassle-free
This Metabo HPT 18V brad nailer has been a game changer in my shop. No hose, no compressor, just grab and goâand it still sinks 18-ga brads cleanly every time. Balance is great one-handed, the depth dial is precise (flush or slight countersink is easy), and recovery between shots is quick with no misfires so far. The no-mar tip protects trim, the LED actually helps in corners, and the tool-free jam release is there if you need it (I havenât yet). Battery life on the compact pack has easily covered a full afternoon of trim and cabinet work. For punch lists, small installs, and indoor trim where dragging a compressor would be a pain, this thing is perfect. Genuinely the most impressive cordless brad nailer Iâve usedâand outstanding value for what you get.

Great green tool
I have a tool problem. I wear out sneakers wandering the aisles of box stores. I like black and yellow best, but red is good and the occasional blue or green is just fine. I spend hours on-line looking at jigs and new gadgets hoping that the Amazon boxes will arrive when my wife is out. I try to keep the spending down so I can get more toys. When I discovered the wonder that is the Nailer I looked for something on the cheaper side, after all – if I discovered it wasn’t useful. I could hide it in the shed with the minimum of guilt. The Metabo was green but other reviews were OK. I took the plunge and when it arrived I had a multi pack of nails ready to go! And it is great! It is now one of my most often used tools especially useful for jigs and holding together items during gluing. I have also used it to loose secure skirting boards. In couple of hundred uses of three different nail sizes it has failed once, a nail concertinaed on the surface which I pulled out with some pliers . Occasionally, after changing sizes I have had to re-adjust the depth setting and punch in the head of an already set nail but otherwise perfect. It charges quickly is easy to load and although somewhat heavy, it is manageable for bench tasks and small jobs. I am impressed with the interlocking safeties – both the nailer tip and the trigger must be depressed to use and if one of these is depressed for longer than 4 seconds without use, the then both need to be reset. This prevents an accidental discharge on the bench when pushed around. There is also a manual safety that I would advise using whenever you put the tool down. Think firearm safety when using especially when your fingers are close to the firing line.I am really impressed by this tool. I use it more than I expected. It easier, safer and more convenient to use than I anticipated and it was considerably cheaper than the most of the other colors.

Very good work partner
A very cost-effective choice. The machine has been working stably for three weeks without any lags. One battery can last a long time…

Great value and very nice nailer!
Built very rugged and sturdy. Worked extremely well with 1″ to 2″ nails. Battery comes with nailer. All bundled in a nice case. Well worth the money.

Good buy
Used this all week on a remodel job Im doing and Im happy with the results. It automatically powers on when you pull the trigger, it drives 2″ nails into anything I shoot, and you can use generic brand nails without it jamming up. Battery life also seems to be decent for a 2.0A battery.

It has been a month only and the battery charger of the gun had a burn out. I thought its expensive nail gun but atleast the quality is nice but NO! It’s a useless product.will never recommend this to anyone else.

Works great – not too heavy, easy to accurately place the nail in tight spots – decent battery life

Great brad nailer. As with other reviews I had to buy a UK charger from Amazon. Another comment wad it marked the wood with a ‘double tap’. I experienced this on soft wood, however I overcame this by not putting too much pressure on the nailer, but enough to fire the nailer. I initially bought an Aldi one which didn’t drive the nail fully flush. This nailer has no problem and has good adjustment. Feels great to handle also. Good price, good buy…
