They are exactly as advertised. They’re thin which makes it easy to use but the resistance isn’t quite what you would think. I do want to say however that the customer service from Black Mountain is wonderful. I recently ordered these for my mother and upon opening it, noticed that the yellow band which is what she needs right now had a hole in it. I immediately fired off an email to the company with a picture and they are now shipping me a replacement. if a hole pops in the new one I may revise my review but otherwise I am extremely happy with my purchase

Good quality
These are some good quality bands. They do not break with exercise and I have yet to wear them out. I have been using these for exercise and physical therapy, they very work well for both.Pros:-Great quality rubber-Will not break-Doesn’t get stretched out-Excellent warrantyCons:-There is a huge difference between resistance levels of the bands, I wish they had one level in between especially from medium to hard. Medium is too easy for me and hard is way to hard, to where I can barely move!-They do not sell individual replacement bands if one happens to get lost-The bands can twist and become uncomfortable if you are using them to do clamshells, but a good solve is to wear pants or capris.

Love Black Mountain products. I have the exercise ball and resistant band set. A+ quality as always. These are great for monster walks and I put them on my thighs under my desk at work and work out my legs till they burn.

These worked really well in the beginning and after using them for a while they eventually ripped. I rather spend a few more dollars on ones that I know are gonna last longer instead of having to buy multiple in year from them breaking.

Yet another great Black Mountain offering! These bands can be used in an almost unlimited way without having to tie a flat band in a knot. What more can I say? These are high quality with a price point that’s irresistible!

Should have done more research.
I thought these might come with an instruction booklet or a website with exercise ideas, but the book that came with them was a big disappointment. It had a total of three exercises. The bag that came with the bands is huge compared to the bands themselves. I was looking for bands like I had used in physical therapy. The bands themselves are OK, but I would have rather gotten the long strips instead of the circular ones, looking back. The company has a lot of different products, and I would recommend checking out other types before settling on this set.

Great for my daily workout!
I’m recovering from a ruptured quad. So I work out all the time. These are great for strengthening my gluteus and overall legs in general. I also use them for strengthening my arms and back.

I use these bands all the time, both at the gym and at home. I’ve been using them almost every day for months and they are still in great condition. I love that the three different tensions mean that you can double them up when moves get too easy. I find them especially great for banded hip thrusts and glute bridges. Eventually, as I get stronger, I will need to upgrade to tougher bands, but these are brilliant for a beginner, or an intermediate. The bag and suggested exercises are great additions too. They’re as light as a feather, so you could take them anywhere with you, and get a great workout. Amazing value for money.

Este set de bandas se encuentran a muy precio y con la suficiente calidad para hacer los ejercicios correctamente. La bolsa resulta bastante práctica y de buen tamaño no solo para transportar las propias bandas sino otras cosas adicionales como guantes, una toalla pequeña, etcétera. Un buen detalle es que también se incluye un folleto en blanco y negro con fotografÃas de ejercicios para hacer uso de las bandas.

These bands are actually durable! Used them on very extreme workouts (insanity asylum) and they’ve lasted until now. The green bands are actually very resistive while yellow is great if you are a first time user
