Amazing changes in therapy with kids!
I am an occupational therapist I work in early intervention and this device has been incredible! With the kiddos I work with. The kids who have significant muscle tone injuries either low tone or high tone it helps increase tone on some kids it helps decrease tone on some kids so that they’re able to be more functional and participate in play skills and their daily lives. One thing I found it to be very helpful with is kids with autism or kids with sensory processing disorder it’s incredibly regulating to them and I’ve seen amazing changes. Kids will start talking, they are able to participate in family activities, their behaviors decrease it’s been quite incredible over the last couple years of using one of these machines with my different families and kiddos that I work with. I highly recommend it I also use it for myself with exercise and for my lymph system as I had breast cancer and it’s important for me to make sure my lymph system is working. I’ve had families accidentally purchase one that’s just vibration it’s not the oscillating or the wave from Lifepro and it does not do the same thing so be sure you try the lifepro wave.

The quality of the machine works well because I’m a big person and it holds me up very well. It is heavy and solid and I feel safe standing on it. The suction cups help it stay in place if you put it on tile. I thought the value was pretty good because it wasn’t that expensive. It’s not noisy at all, and the design makes it easy to stand on. I didn’t get sore at all after reading the reviews. I thought I would be sore but I never got sore even on level nine. It goes in 10 minute intervals and you can add more if you want. I’m not good with technology so all the knobs buttons on the Remote control were confusing for me. It was nice to get my whole body shaking kind of to loosen up my muscles, but I don’t think it’s much of a workout because I just stood on it.

Easy, healthy benefits
We love our Rumblex so much, we purchased this WaverMini for our college-aged daughters. LifePro products are made with quality materials. We use our Rumblex mulitple times per day and never have any problems. It’s easy to use, can be used to relax or use as a workout. Even on the easiest setting, I get results. Healthy benefits are one of the reasons we like these vibration boards. My husband has bad knees and a sore back, but claims he feels so much better after a vibration session. Anyone can make a vibration plate, but LifePro is the only brand we will buy!

Shocked that this actually works!!
This product honestly looks like a complete joke on the product’s page (I actually find it laughable) however, I have noticed a significant difference since I began using this a few months ago. I have been using this product in the morning after I wake up. I usually stand on it for no longer than 15 minutes and occasionally will hold a plank/do “push ups” while this product is vibrating. Just standing on this product for around 5 minutes always wakes me up and helps me feel energized for the day. I can honestly say that I feel much less groggy throughout the day because of this machine. The vibration also seems to help my lower back pain. The machine has many different levels of vibration and allows you to set a timer. Good product

Easy to set up and use. Direction very straightforward. I have found the waver mini machine useful in stretching my muscles and improving my flexibility. I have lost a couple of pounds since I started using it Which is about 10 days but, it is too early to say whether it’s just by chance or the machine. Would recommend.
