Weight Vest for Walking
Well made. Fits well and comfortable. Purchased the 20+ pound vest and is true to weight. Easy to adjust. The front pocket/slot is very useful. Pocket is a good size with plenty of space. I was able to put my phone, earbuds case and slim wallet perfectly with space to spare.

Nice design and function
I purchased the 12-18 pound vest on the recommendation that the weighted vest should be 10% of body weight. I’m currently using it without any of the extra weights. It’s at 12 pounds, and it is just a little bit heavy for me. I’m going to keep it, but if you’re just getting started with a weighted vest or are new to exercising and weight training, and are on the fence about it, I recommend you start with a lighter vest.I am a female who wears a L or XL (38D bra size). The vest fits me great and the straps on the side are very long. So long that they could almost accommodate another small person in the vest. The distribution of the weight is good with more weight towards the back. The bulk of the weight in the front of the vest is in the center chest which sits nice.The front pocket for keys/phone is velcro and difficult to open, and I suppose that’s good and secure, especially if you’re planning to run in it.The vest has safety reflector strips for use outside at night or when visibility is low.The material is thick and soft and seems durable. The vest allows for full movement of the arms.There is a little bit of a chemical odor coming off the vest but not so bad that I can’t stand it.I feel a little bit silly wearing it, but the embarrassment outweighs the benefits.

I like this vest, it works well for me, itâs got good weight distribution, seems like durable fabric and quality, is a good design and is more adjustable than other vests I have tried that only adjust in the front

Works as expected
It is comfortable to wear while walking. The fixed weight of the vest is evenly distributed and the pockets for the additional weights should make it easy to keep the weight balanced when adjusting between minimum and maximum weight. The removable weights are nice since it makes the vest adjustable. The buckles and adjustable straps on the sides makes it easy to adjust the fit and then to remove the vest and put it on again without needing to readjust the straps.

Adjustable weight and straps = winner
I’d been on the fence about ordering a weighted vest but thought this one was a good fit since it was adjustable in the weight you want to carry as well as had a front pocket for my phone. The vest is comfortable-ish; the more you wear it the more used to it you get, but fair warning: when you first use it, the weight on your shoulders is a bit uncomfortable. Again-the more you use it, the more you get used to it and I don’t really even notice it anymore. It also tends to slide back as I walk so I find myself pulling it forward a few times when I wear it. As a DDD girlie, I was worried about the fit, but it’s very generous and has adjustable straps on both sides to cinch up/expand the snugness. The pocket in the front is convenient for my phone since I wear the vest while walking my dogs and don’t really have a free hand. I started on 12 lbs. and will probably use it daily for a few more weeks before adding more weight.

Uncomfortable Design â Strange Fit
The vest is weighted as described, but the cut of the design is very awkward. It doesnât sit comfortably on the body and feels unbalanced during use. Unfortunately, I wasnât able to get good use out of it because of the fit.

Game changer!
I finally found the perfect weighted vest! The design is so well thought outâthe weight is evenly distributed, which makes it incredibly comfortable to wear during workouts. No strain on my back, no awkward shifting, just smooth and supportive resistance. It feels secure without being restrictive, and I can wear it for longer sessions without any discomfort. Compared to the last vest I tried, this one is an absolute game-changer. Highly recommend!

Cómodo y fumcional el chaleco, pesa 5,5 kg solo el chaleco. Tiene 6 bolsitas más adicionales , que suman 2,7 kg más si se incorporan al chaleco. Se recomienda que el peso total del chaleco sea el 10% del peso total del usuario, para running , para andar o en el gym puedes llevar el total, una vez que acostumbres el cuerpo y piernas al peso del chaleco primero y luego progresivamente incorporar más peso. Los 6 bolsillos , tres adelante y tres atrás con velcro , muy útiles para llevar geles, bidones flexibles una vez utilizados, llaves , el móvil y demás. Después de 15 km usándolo andando y 2 km corriendo con humedad, calor y sin camiseta, sobre la piel; SATISFECHO.

You can get a snug but comfortable fit with the adjustable side straps and you can remove some of the weighted pouches to adjust the weight of the vest if necessary. Don’t overestimate how much weight you can handle as I was surprised at how heavy mine was and I picked the middleweight vest! Although soft and padded, I did find the vest cut into the trapezium (between shoulders and neck) with prolonged wear but it does seem to ease as your body adapts over time. I could certainly feel the muscles in my legs, glutes, and torso aching the day after use, so it does stimulate the muscles. A great alternative to the gym if you like long walks!
