GREAT VALUE !!!
Not a Gaming machine, not a touch screen, just a very nice laptop for normal use, I LOVE the backlit keyboard !!! Arrived very fast in excellent shape, I am using it right now to write this review. Just wish I had known it was not able to be upgraded to WIN 11, I might have bought something else. Works great though, plenty fast for my purposes !!

Microphone wasn’t setup, everything else worked great, high quality device
The only problem was the microphone. I ran windows diagnostics on the real audio microphone array and it fixed the configuration issue. Laptop was extremely clean, feels solid and high quality. Performance is great for simple business use. 256Gb SSD is the minimum if you are using Windows so that you have room for any kind of future growth.

1st laptop they sent me would crash and shut off over and over again, while plugged in and fully charged. So they sent me a replacement… which would crash and shut off over and over again. They then said that they would send an upgraded replacement, but they were lying. They just refunded the order. After an obnoxious run-around, I eventually got the replacement for the replacement several weeks after I first ordered this laptop.If you order this, you are unlikely to get a functional computer. You will most likely be sent one of the 2 non-functional laptops I had to send back. Avoid completely.edit – The ‘upgraded’ replacement for a replacement has the exact same problem as the 1st 2. It just shuts off over and over again. These folks do not sell legitimate products. Also, their customer ‘service’ is just offensively unhelpful.

New (like new, practically new?), great configuration at the price
I would not have felt cheated if this was marketed as new. The keyboard is pristine, the screen is flawless. This has great specs for the price, the 5300 and 240gb SSD will last for years of most use cases. The 8GB ram is a simple upgrade down the road if it needs a little boost. The metal construction is a tad heavy but built to last and with the power sipping processor and a few Windows settings this is an all day machine without needing to bring along the power supply.

This would have been a great laptop. It started fine, we set it up and then the crashes started. Sometimes it would run for a day before unexpectedly shutting down. Other times, it would crash every 5 minutes. Tried many fixes, finally gave up. It’s a boat anchor.
