Digital boundaries
I didnât expect to enjoy a âworkbook,â but this one really surprised me. It felt less like a set of rules and more like a conversation starter â and thatâs exactly what we needed as a family.Weâve had so many tense moments around screen time with our kids, and this book gave us a calm, structured way to talk about it. The questions made us think, not just about what we do with technology, but why â and what kind of habits we want to build together. One of my favorite parts was setting shared values and creating agreements that actually make sense for us, not just copying rules from somewhere else. It felt collaborative, not controlling. If youâve ever felt stuck or frustrated when trying to manage tech in your home, this book really helps open things up in a positive way.

Very Helpful
I really like how this book gives kids a chance to self-reflect on what they are doing throughout the day. There are activities not only to see how often they are on a screen, but also to think about their own feelings during that time. I really love this for my kids, and it has opened up some great discussions.
