Natural fiber rugs + dog hair = must have this tool
At first I thought it wasn’t working because dog hair doesn’t get captured within the tines of the tool, but then I realized the dog hair was accumulating with each raking motion. I bought this specifically for a shag wool rug, because the dog hair gets matted into the rug and the wool rug itself sheds extensively. This lint tool pulls out both the shedding wool and matted dog hair on the rug, which the vacuum simply cannot do. The rug looks so much better now. Such a simple and worthwhile tool to have in the cleaning toolbox.

This little tool is the best invention EVER for removing cat fur from furniture! I’ve been using it weekly for over a year now, and it still amazes me. True to the instructions, it is not good for knit fabrics or delicate fabrics. Also, if an article has loose threads/stitching, it will grab them. Just have to be careful. TOTALLY worth every penny though…has saved my couch AND my sanity.

Great for Dog Hair in the Car â Especially Larger Areas
I bought this metal rake to deal with all the shedding from my pug, especially since heâs always in my car. I keep it in the car, and it works really well at removing hair from the trunk and floor areas. The only spots it struggles with are the tighter corners, like the narrow sections next to the seats. Other than that, itâs super effective and makes a big difference in keeping my car clean!
