Great product
Shipping was quick, arrived sooner than expected. Well packaged. Take it out, plug it in, and its good to go.I’ve only had it for a couple days, but its sturdy and works well. Great walker and doesn’t take up a lot of space. Doesn’t fit under my couch, but would fit under a bed. Front wheels make it easy to move.I use it with a stand up desk I got for Christmas. I could see some with balance issues, needing something to hold onto, especially on higher speeds to start, although it doesn’t take long to get used to it.I ultimately wanted something that would help me get some exercise without having to go out, since I work from home and tend to sit most of the day- this will do the trick!. Seems easy to work or read on the low speed, or kick it up a notch to go faster/jog. The size of the pad, length and width, seems good. I’m short but my son who is taller and has a longer stride, used it without issue.It comes with a remote, but also has an app you can download. You can connect and control it with the app via Bluetooth, but not a huge fan of the app. The app is pretty basic compared to what I’m used to with my fitbit app. I haven’t tried the videos on the app yet, just mainly interested in keeping track on my time and steps. Wish it connected to my fitbit.I’m happy with the purchase, and plan to get a lot of use out of it working from home. Overall, good value to help me get some movement in my day.

Love the device/HATE the loud beeping
It gets the job done. It transports easily, the screen is bright, and ease of use and setup was great. I elected not to use the app available. The device is smooth and low noise when in use. If the volume could be lowered or muted Iâd give 5 stars. Not a fan of the loud beep when powering up & during setting adjustments. I find it very annoying and a little disruptive. I plan to gift a couple to more seasoned relatives as the design allows the user to move at your desired pace.Update: the seller appears vested in customer satisfaction with that old school, we value your business practice. This practice warrants a higher rating. They seem to value my business and that alone equals return business from me. Iâve purchased another device for a more seasoned relative to assist with increased mobility. Iâm confident this product will decrease their fear of using similar devices. The remote is comfortably hand held which offers greater ease of control to the user.

Works great for getting your steps. Itâs easy to maneuver around and not to heavy I wish it had an incline but I knew it didnât when I bought it. My only complaint is in slide mine under my bed and from pulling it out and sliding it the belt moves end I have to keep adjusting it so for that I give 4 stars.This would be a great gift for someone who travels and has a power source to plug it in or college dorm room. Over all I would repurchase it does the job.

I shopped around for a walking pad that would hold my husbands weight (260) as well as had higher speeds as most I saw donât go past 3-4. This has been great and easy to use. I love the remote control feature and itâs pretty quiet while being used. The one complaint I have (which isnât a big deal) is that when you turn it on the beep is super loud. It was a good price as well.

Constant Belt Trouble
UPDATE: The company sent out brackets for me to attach to the bottom of the walking pad to prevent the belt from moving back-and-forth. So they were very helpful however I donât know why this wouldnât just be included or already attached.Sorry really was hoping for a great little walking pad but instead I received a headache. Every single time I use it I have to adjust the belt. Iâll let it run for a while. Everything will look good and I start walking on it and a quarter ways in through my walk it starts to pull to one side starts and begins to rub against the edge. I have to stop my walk, get off and adjust the belt again! Not to mention this often happens at least twice in a half hour walk. It is quite the inconvenience. Any suggestions Deer Runâ¦â¦

Great product and excellent customer service
This walking pad is great! It is the perfect size, easy to move around and does the job for my daily walks. I was hesitant because I did not believe I would receive a great piece of exercise equipment at an excellent low price such as this. I did have one issue with my machine but I emailed customer support and I give that department a 5 star rating as well. I was promptly contacted back regarding my minor issue. We emailed several times and they were determined to solve my problems and make sure I was happy with their service and product. They followed through with everything they promised and delivered excellent customer service. I will definitely buy from this company again and I will absolutely DeerRun products again in the future.

Scam! Non existent customer service, faulty machine. Return is a hassle
Was excited to use it for home exercise. After using for 10 minutes, the belt kept moving to one side. Followed product help videos, tried to fix it but it would go one side or the other. After an hour of fine tuning, when I used it again, and slipped – the belt is loose! Watched product videos again, tried for 2 hours, no use. My husband tried, lubricated belt. Still slippery, jerky and very dangerous to use.Called customer service which is supposedly 24/7. Everytime they’re busy, and ask to leave a message and they will get back. Except, they never do!!!!Called them two times, left voice messages, waited 2 days. Nope, no one got back.So I was forced to create a return n refund request. And Unlike other Amazon returns for defective products, customer has to pay for the return!!! Yes and not only that, refund will be processed by seller that means you don’t get a refund as soon as you ship it back, but are at mercy of the seller!This is scam, in my honest opinion. First send a product that can’t be fixed easily, then offer zero product support, then make return difficult. Thus scam the customer.
