Great Computer, Runs Fast!
I picked this laptop up for a family member, and itâs been perfect so far. The 17.3â screen is huge compared to their old laptop â super clear and makes multitasking way easier. Having multiple tabs, docs, and even streaming open at the same time doesnât feel cramped at all.Performance-wise, itâs smooth for everyday tasks like Word, Excel, Zoom, browsing, and even streaming shows. The 8GB RAM is great for having multiple things open at once â no long loading times like with their older laptop. Iâm actually super impressed with how well everything is running altogether with no delays!I also like that it still has a DVD drive, which you donât see much anymore â handy for old software and movies. The ports are great too (USB 3.0, Type-C, Wi-Fi), so thereâs no feeling of being limited when plugging in accessories. Battery life is solid â easily lasts through classes and work sessions without stressing about the charger.Itâs not a gaming powerhouse, but for office, school, and home use, this is exactly what they needed. Dead battery from the start.
Laptop does great, BUT, right out of the box, the battery would not hold a charge. It takes 3+ hours to charge, the plug gets really hot, and the battery dies after about 90 minutes. The only solution I was offered was a return/replacement of the entire computer, which I just spent two days trying to set up, so not an option. I just wanted a replacement battery, but they said they can’t do that.

This laptop seems to be very good even though I have not used it much yet. It basically walks you through the entire setup. It has quick response and lots of memory. So far I’m very satisfied.

Laptop is nice but DVD drive is not.
The laptop is very nice but the th external DVD drive doesn’t play my CD’s all the way throught. It stops after only a song or two.
