Doesnât get any better!
Iâve owned a few of this Voyager line through the years (and many, many other brands) and this new model doesnât disappoint. There is nothing better when it comes to functionality and call quality. I travel a lot and work with heavy equipment outdoors. Mic noise reduction and sound quality doesnât get any better. If you donât mind getting the nickname of Bluetooth or Tony Robbins, there is no better choice than this. I can just get about a full day of heavy use on the batteries charge. When using the dongle on a PC the audio quality is insanely good. Nice to be able to have both PC and Phone connected simultaneously. Itâs comfortable enough for its size and even though itâs on the pricier side itâs well worth the $ in my opinion. They get covered in sweat and rain and even a trip through the wash a time or two and are still going strong. After about a year, I start to notice a decline in battery performance when it gets to the point they donât make it till lunchtime. Itâs time for a new one, but up until that point the battery life is pretty good.

Does a great job and connects to 2 devices at the same time
Everything about this product works well and I’m liking to be able to use it with 2 phones (or a phone and a computer) at the same time. I have to carry 2 phones for my job and this lets me answer both (even when talking on one, I can switch to the other). The fit using the installed earpiece works well. It doesn’t hurt my ear like other earbuds in the past. The call quality is great and the noise cancelling has been beneficial. I have been able to talk or dictate while walking on busy roads without complaints or missed words. I like the case with the stand–its nice that the case charges it using 2 methods: while fully enclosed inside the case for travel or in the “stand” feature keeping it handy. Putting it on isn’t quite as easy as other options (there must be a trick to getting it over my ear while keeping my hair out of the way, all the while, aligning the earbud and mic.). The app works well (PC, Mac OS, and iOS) and the wireless USB connector for computer use has been easy to use.

Nice device but no charging case
Why did you pick this product vs others?:The device works good so far but every indication shows that the charging case is part of the purchase and itâs not. Another one of those products that fool you with pictures and wording.Â

Finally an upgrade.
Miss the caller notifications but this is finally better than the Plantronics 5200 uc! Poly 5200 uc was trash, this one actually feels like an upgrade and works miles better. Clear calls, good noise cancelation, stays connected throughout my house too!

Good headset with a bad charging case
The headset is still one of the best, however the charging case does not charge the headset when placed inside, it only charges when I place it in the charging set up outside the case. Not ideal for travel, but since the headset is good, I am putting up with this.I actually exchanged the unit too but it seems to be a problem with that as well.

Excellent headset, would highly recommend!
Excellent head set, I have been using it for a few months now. Audio quality is good, multiple devices work well, and all the ear on/off sensor and buttons work perfectly. This is great headset for anyone who wants to have a headset for work and get very clear audio with excellent noise cancellation without needing a full on headset that blocks the ability to hear ambient sounds. Furthermore, it is very compact and is easy to toss in a travel bag or laptop case. Also the charging/storage case works extremely well and protects the headset. I use it for 4-5 hours a day, and find that if I charge once a week the battery never gets even below 50% on the case.My only complaint is that sometimes with Microsoft Teams the audio connection gets weird and I have to restart Teams to get it working again. This seems to be a Teams issue though because I’ve had this issue with several headsets.

Good Quality
I initially purchased the headset only thinking I could get a desktop stand elsewhere, but was having difficulty finding one that I was confident would work and not cost an arm and a leg. I had to return it in favor of this version because it came with the charging case/desktop stand. It paired easily, just have to hold the pair button up for a couple of seconds. I downloaded the desktop software for Windows and plugged it in to change the settings to my liking and it worked without issues. The headset is comfortable, I love the voice prompts/commands and clarity is spot on! Plus I can use this on Teams and a soft phone.

Eureka!!
Finally, an updated 5200! I have been nursing a tired, broken Plantronics (not Poly) 5200 that I bought in 2009. Poor thing has literally been hanging on by a thread (taped together). I’ve kept it because it works better than anything newer that I’ve tried until this one. I bought and returned three Poly 5200s over the years because they were terrible quality; I was forever being asked “what?” by the people I spoke to. When I saw this new one earlier this month, I ordered it without the case first but returned it and sprang for this version with the case. Good choice. I like being able to drop the headset onto the charging case and not having to mess with a cable. The door covering the charging port will break off fairly quickly anyway; they always do. The one thing I miss is that the headset no longer tells me who is calling, but then my old one stopped doing that a couple of months ago too. Almost knocked off a star for that, but because I’m so pleased to have a new, whole, working headset and case, I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. Calls are crisp and clear. Noise canceling is outstanding; my housekeeper started vacuuming the hallway outside my office and caller did not hear it at all. Very impressive. Case and headset make a tidy little package which lives on my monitor stand and blend right it. This one works and is worth the price, finally!

I’ve never liked these “hearing aids.” I used to have one made by Ja**ra, and it’s sitting in a drawer somewhere. I’m pleasantly surprised. It’s very lightweight, and the caller’s voice is clear and loud. The noise cancellation is perfect. The guy I was talking to didn’t hear me uncoupling the trailer with the fridge running. A small minus for the voice control, as it doesn’t work very well for me. ( maybe it’s because of my Polish accent 🙂 ) I’m waiting for the software in Polish language.
