Great for toy toolbox!
I ordered this for you two year old as a toolbox for his play Black and Decker tool set he got for Christmas. It fits everything perfect and is a perfect size for him to tote around. It wouldn’t carry much more though as it is very little. Even smaller than I expected when I ordered it. Very sturdy and easy to open and shut. Overall very pleased!UPDATE: we’ve had this box for a little over a year but the top is almost broken off at the hinges. It has served its purpose but had to replace it with something else

Smaller than the specs
Pretty light and flimsy don’t know how long the latch and hinge will last. Doesn’t measure 12″ on the inside at the bottom, more like 11″. I knew when ordering it was a small box but expected it to be as stated. It is just under 12″ in the lid.
