Sound quality isn’t great. Not enough base
I recently bought this CD player to replace my 20 year old one. I was looking for something that would have better (booming) speakers than my old one, but this player isn’t it. It’s a nice player, but it just doesn’t have the blast I was hoping for. Truthfully, my 20 year old one sounds so much better than this new one. I still use it, but I’m not really happy with the sound quality. Needs more base.

Good lil unit overall…
Sound quality matches it’s price honestly. Could it be better, yeah but I’d expect to pay more. Thankful it comes with an equalizer function to change its levels to preset options. ROCK setting is best one imo.So a downside is every time it’s unplugged I have to reset that equalizer as it resets. Would likely be fixed with batteries… also careful running it for long periods in high heat. The LCD display could turn off completely till it cools down, or my worst fear was it just staying dead… Thankfully it did not!I bought this for nostalgia mostly of listening to CD’s when I was younger…and this captured that nostalgia effectively. Affordable and does the trick.

MEGATEK Portable CD Player
I read all the 1-star reviews and thought it over several days before I ordered the cd player anyway. Free return encouraged me to take a chance … and I am glad I did. I wanted it for audio books and music CDs. I may not have the discerning ear the 1-star reviewers have, but I do have hearing issues (as in I wear a hearing aid) and for me, the sound is fine. As for the radio it does as good as my car radio. It is compact and does not take up a lot of space, so it is easy to move from place to place. I have no complaints, for me it was a good buy.

A Good Value for the Money
This boombox is portable and the color is black. The radio station selections are quite good for the location. Your radio stations and selections will vary depending upon your location. The display is bright enough to see but not blinding or glary. It is durable. The USB has a max of 128 GB flash drive in the FAT32 format. As for the blue-tooth and Axillary features, I tried putting a set of speakers in the earphone jack and got a good rich sound from the speakers used. Basically got it for the MP3 Disk playback feature.

I bought this CD Player for my daughters birthday. She was so excited to set it up. When we removed it from the box we were disappointed to find it had an American plug and not suitable for Australia. I’ll have to sort out a plug adaptor.

Iâve been using this cd player for a few months and I have had no problems with it though the speakers arenât the greatest speakers ever I find they are still quite nice sounding. The Bluetooth mode is very easy to connect to ur phone as I have had no problems doing that. All the buttons on it work well and have a nice click when you press them which I really enjoy. Also the speakers on it get very loud quite quickly I find I never have to go over 20% volume
