How to reset T19 earbuds when I encounter connection issues?
If the earbuds fails to pair/disconnect/no sound/one earbud does not work, make sure the earbuds are charging properly and manually reset them (refer to the user manual for reset method)
The earbuds won’t charge ?
Please ensure that the charging contacts both of the earbuds and case are in the right position and not damaged. Also, please try to clean the contacts both of the earbuds and case by a brush or cotton swab in time to get rid of lint, dust, and dirt.
Cannot adjust volume with the earbuds?
Please note that When using only one earbud (with the other in the case or powered off), you cannot adjust the volume with the button control, you can only adjust the volume level on your phone.

The quality and sound of these little buggars is amazing!Unfortunately, after seven months of use, the left wonât hold a charge, but for a scant half hour.ðThey are quite comfortable, and the right one that still holds a charge, is still holding for 14 plus hours a day with a six hour charge at night! ðI often fall asleep with one of them in, and have had no trouble sleeping with comfort!Well made, great conformity of shape on smaller ears, good price, just wish the left one held as well! Easy to clean, fast charging and again,â¦you wonât be disappointed with the sound quality! Music was unexpectedly perfect with excellent treble/bass balance built in!Easy use for Bluetooth on my phone as well!

If you love bass sounds you will love it. It’s an impressive delight, I listened to musical themes that begin with a bass intro and I was impressed by the quality. The mix between bass, mids and treble is excellent. I can control the sound player from the ear buds, I love the manufacturing and design. The suppression of external sound is wonderful. The charging case has a magnet, It is beautiful, this charging case attracts a lot of attention. These headphones, due to their manufacturing material, can have a long useful life. The battery life is very good. These headphones have an excellent volume.

These buds are underpriced.
After doing my research and reading the reviews,these noise cancelling ear buds really does what it says.They came fully charged and were easy to pair with my Samsung ultra 24 because thatâs what I use to cut my lawn.I walked around for hours listening to Pandora and buds stayed in place not hearing any outside noise from the tv so I know it will work with the tractor noise.By the way they sound like a high end pair,get it before the price goes up you will not be disappointed.

These Occiam earbuds are incredible. The active noise cancelling is a game changer, completely blocking out my noisy gym so I can focus on my workout. They are very comfortable and since they have the over the ear piece I am not afraid to wear them on a flight. However they are very tinny and have ZERO bass. The noise cancellation leaves a lot to desire but I am used to Bose Noise Cancelling headphones. I am considering the fact that they are ear buds. All in all I am happy with my purchase as I fly 45 weeks/year and I am tired of lugging my full headphones around.
