SIMPLE OLD SCHOOL BUT ESSENTIAL
WONDERFUL DEAL for the amount of razors that you get. I got these for $4.99! 18 razors!! I was using those expensive Gillette Venus Razors and paying like $27.00 for a pack of six of the beauty bar blades that they provide in the pack, and much to my chagrin I have to shave every day almost every time I shower because my body hair grows back fast. But using the gillette venus razors I got that bougie feel that I was looking for, but it really was not practical. The beauty bar wastes very fast because its like oily soap that shaves and then I still have to use shave oil to have a clean knick-less shave, so it is not practical. Six razors’ head replacements last me like a month which I feel is not reasonable for the alleged longevity they are supposed to have and “replacing less”.With these razors, I have eighteen and I can get a nice clean shave with even dollar tree shave oil and shave cream, so I can get about 6-8 uses out of one razor before it dulls and I need to switch it out. If I keep the blade dry after use and don’t forget to leave it in the shower, the longevity is increased! With these, I don’t have to shave twice everyday like I do with the gillette venus razors which is so weird– I can get away with two days or three days between shaves so I can literally get about 130-150 uses out of one of these value packs of razors which is actually equivalent to more than two months of coverage. These are so simple and old school yet soooo good.I also use these to shave my face around the chin and neck area/jawbone area to keep my skin baby smooth. I’ve been doing it since I was 9 because my periods started and I have had PCOS for some time, so I end up with a little bit of coarse stubble on my skin. It is not a visible mustache, but I have always known about it and didn’t want my husband to feel that. So, I do damage control, and I only have to refresh every three days with these. I think the reason the shave lasts so long is because I don’t have all those unnecessary moisture bars interfering with a close clean shave. So I love these so much!!

The best and the cheapest!
Personally, I like that there’s no lube strip! Usually other razors die when the strip wears out. It leaves a bumpy dry spot that drags against the skin and this is what is misinterpreted as the blade being dull. These illiminate that problem. I find that you can get many uses beyond when most people would toss them. The other thing that makes the razor seem dull is hair that is loged between the blades. This makes the blades uneven and no room for fresh stubble the pass through as is needed for proper function to minimize friction. The key to getting extra uses, that works for me is clearing out all stuck hairs between the blades. Most likely you won’t be able to just rinse and tap all the hair. I found using a small sewing needle between the blades is perfect. Just be careful to not ding the cutting edges. Here’s where only 2 blades is a good thing! You only have to clear out between the 2 blades instead of 5 or whatever… Be sure to clear behind on the back where the square holes are. Then what I do is give them a wipe with cotton swab and rubbing alcohol. Next you’ll want to buff up the edge of the blades by running them outward on a pair of old denim jeans or a fabric of comparable likeness. So not the direction you shave with the razor but the opposite way. Maybe 3-4 inches in length keeping contact and moderate pressure for 20-50 strokes should do the trick. Now with your freshly smoothed and clean blades see how many more uses you can get. ..You will be amazed!Pro tip: use bar soap instead of fancy creams or gels. When done correctly (not too much water. Just lightly wet skin makes ideal slickest lubrication) I find is more effective and will save even more money to make your dollar stretch further….Something, many people would agreeable say with me, is much needed during these times of inflation and recession.Minimize the stresssin and get out of your depression.Best budget bashing blades to shave with, no question!

Great for sensitive skin. And it’s getting harder to find basic razors with NO moisturizing strip…
I like using a simple, basic razor for my underarms, calves, and bikini line. I am not very hairy and I have sensitive skin so I prefer using a single or, at most, double-blade razor- anything more elaborate than that causes irritation. And I specifically prefer a razor with NO moisturizing strip. Basic razors without that moisturizing strip are becoming harder and harder to find in stores. I used to be able to purchase this brand and style in my local drugstore but I haven’t been able to find it in store in years. This razor shaves well and doesn’t cause irritation and doesn’t leave behind that moisturizing strip “film” on the skin. I love that I can buy it in bulk on Amazon for a fabulous price. If you have relatively fine body hair and sensitive skin, I can’t recommend this one enough. It’s been the only one I’ve used for many years now.

For the price, these razors do the job. They remove hair, they donât break the bank, and they come in bulk, so youâll have backups for months.However, they donât exactly glideâtheyâre more like âscrape and hope for the best.â Use too much pressure, and you might be donating blood. But if you take your time and respect their limits, theyâre a solid choice for cheap, disposable razors. Four stars because my wallet is happy, but my legs remain slightly suspicious.

I used this shaver to shave off unwanted hair on my hands and arms and it works fantastic. I had trouble with one stubborn long black hair on the round bump on my wrist so I ended up shaving off my skin, these shaver are super sharp. It’s easy forget that there’s two razor sharp pieces of steel in this pretty shaver holder. Nothing a little tissue to soak up the blood and tincture of iodine didn’t fix up. It’s a miracle how the skin can regenerate and heal itself so amazingly.
