SCAM ALERT – THIS IS NOT FULLY FUNCTIONING BIKE RACK
do not buy! SELLER DOES NOT REFUND. I noticed my mistake within 2 hours of ordering, I tried to cancel the order but still got stuck getting their overpriced HEAVY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT. I managed to ship it back without opening and still did not receive my full refund.Bad business practice; do yourself a favor and go with different bike hitch rack.
