1.It normally takes 3-4 hours to fully charge devices through the charging pad.
2.Ensure no metal objects block the Apple charging station, as they can cause high temperatures and slow charging.
What if my Phone is not Charging on phone chargers?
1.Confirm your phone supports wireless charging.
2.Check that the case is not too thick and remove any metal or uneven objects.
3.Adjust the phone to the correct charging position.

Model W168. This was my travel charger, which eventually became my daily charger. I use it with an iPhone 16 Pro Max, an Apple Watch 7, and an iPod case 2. It is excellent value for money and is highly recommended.The phone tray can be used flat or in two upright positions. The watch tray is perfectly sized to hold the watch without interference from the band. The AirPod case sits on a pad under the watch. All devices are easily reached from the front. Three lights indicate charging status, with the option to turn them off. A wall charger and USB-C charging cable are included.Model W168 was indicated in the Amazon description as compatible with the 16e and worked well with my 11 Pro, watch 7 and AirPods 2 case. It also worked fine with my new 16 Pro Max (which draws a lot more power). I added a case for the phone with a metal ring that also served as a stand, but it could not charge both the phone (with the new case) and the watch simultaneously. It continued to charge the phone (even with the metal ring) and the AirPod case as long as the watch was not on the charger. A minor inconvenience for me since the overlap was less than an hour.This prompted me to contact customer service in case the unit was defective, but it turns out the metal ring was the culprit; the unit functioned fine without that troublesome case. And it could charge the phone nonetheless as long as the watch was not being charged. And here is the unusual thing: Customer service responded within 24 hours with troubleshooting tips. and subsequently, often within an hour or two, they followed up on each communication. They are astonishing. And helpful and friendly. Exceptional!So, to sum up: this inexpensive multi-charger functions very well for its intended use. I recommend it highly. Phenomenal customer service. I would buy other products from this company.

Great item! Love how it holds my phone at an angle and keeps the watch above the AirPods. Easy to use, good solid color, charges well. Only thing of note is that the AirPods do get a little warm on the charger.

Very afforable and functional
Pleasantly pleased with the fact that my Otter case is not to thick and my phone charges immediately when placed in stand. I work from home and do telehealth through my phone and the charging angle is perfect for Zoom calls. My airpod case must not be the right model because it does not appear to charge them. Apple watch fits perfectly. Very affordable ! I wish I would have bought two while on sale.
