Yealink UH36 Professional USB Headset, Wired Headphones for Computer PC Laptop Work Headset with Noise Canceling Mic for Call and Music（for Teams Certified, Stereo,3.5mm Jack/USB Connection）

Good Quality
Initially, I could not hear the audio when plugging the Yealink headphones into the headphone jack or using the YHC20. Eventually, I discovered the same problem with other hearing devices from different companies. I realized at that point that the problem was not the headphones but something I needed to do with my computer. After much Googling to find a solution and questions to the Yealink support, I found the solution on Driver Easy. The problem was with the latest updates on my computer using Windows 11. Before the latest updates, I could simply plug into my headphone jack to hear the audio. Now I need to click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, which opened up a task box with the name of the Yealink headphone. Once I clicked on the name, I could hear the audio using the 3.5 pin or the YHC20. GEEEZ!! With this fix, I am enjoying the headphones, the sound quality is good, and the ear pads are very comfortable. Yealink was very responsive in attempting to help me solve the audio issue.

Fits very nicely
This headset is very comfortable to wear. It does not impinge on the ear nor is it tight on the top of my head. It is very adjustable. The ear cuff is very soft and fits close to the ear which allows maximum sound. The mic is moveable. This headset paired easily to my computer. It does have mute, volume up and down buttons as well.

Do Not Purchase This
I started out loving this. It was perfect for work, Easy to control, and had excellent sound quality. There were a few hiccups with it connecting but nothing major. Until recently! After using this headset for the last 8 months it just stopped working without any warning. I would say skip this headset and find one of better quality for your money. I’m so disappointed

Best Mic Ambient Noise Filtering
I work from home, and after a couple instances of my toddlers contributing to my meetings, I wanted 1 thing in a new headset: Active Microphone Noise Filtering.I tried out several others, looked through the reviews, videos, and forums, but these were the only ones that didn’t introduce speech quality issues. Every other headset I looked at, including others from Yealink would often mute the first few seconds of speech while the noise filtering was active, or startle protection was turned on. The UH37 however, has been perfect in that regard.A few notes:• There are no physical buttons for enabling/disabling the different noise cancelling features. They’re toggled in the software, which is an issue if you don’t have the ability to install things. Not sure if they’re enabled by default or even work without the software, so caveat emptor.• Every picture shows them backwards. The cable, mic boom, controls, and busy indicator is on the right side. (They are reversable, but you’ll want to fix the stereo output on your computer).• The status indicator is only on the side with the mic boom & cable. In my setup, this makes the busy light useless. My PC sits on the left of my setup, so I wear them reversed to keep the cable out of the way, with the light pointed towards a wall.

I purchased a Yealink UH37 Professional USB Headset with Microphone for PC Laptop on the 2nd Jan 2024. Until 29th Jan the headset was working perfectly and would have warranted a 5 star rating. On the 29th the headphones did not power up (busylight not on around the answer or end call button) and failed to work. There has been no damage to the headphones (note left on desk overnight in unoccupied room), I have tried removing and uninstalling the yealink app, different USB ports and another PC, again still dead.Tried to a couple of times to contact seller but no response (seems to be a theme maybe headset and seller related to Dodo’s)

Great sound and according to clients the mic works very well try well too. More comfortable than wearing double headphones.
