After a month review
Found a lightning deal on these batteries so thought I’d give them a try. I immediately charged them once I received them. They seemed to charge to full (green) within a few hours. Once I took them off the charger and placed back on it seemed they had a bit longer go to. Light was amber/green. So first experience was a false positive on being fully charged. It took a few more hours before they were completely charged to 100%. I tested by removing and placing back on the charger and they were still green. They seemed to charge about as long as it takes the official Ring batteries to charge. I went ahead and put them in the outdoor Stick up cameras on Jan 4th. Cameras detected the batteries at 100%. For a few days 3-5, the batteries continued to read at 100%. I thought this was strange as my official Ring batteries were had atleast already been 96-97%. After a few days the batteries started to read upper 90’s. At this point the batteries seem to be losing charge as expected through normal use. Feb 19th (more than a month later) the batteries are in the 20’s range and time to charge.I am satisfied with the batteries and they held a good charge and seemed to maybe last longer than my official Ring batteries. I have read other reviews before buying them where other users were having an issue with holding a charge or not being detected. That may be a QA issue. I am not 100% confident in the battery % reporting to the cameras but they worked for what I needed them for. I am unsure how they work with the solar charging accessories as I don’t use those. The charging base does work with the official Ring batteries fine as well.I would buy these again.

Seller went above and beyond.
One of the batteries in the 2 pack quit charging after about 10 months. Contacted seller for warranty replacement. Their response was slow but they did honor their warranty and offered refund or replacement. The remaining battery still works fine. Maybe I just got a bad one.

Good for emergency backup, battery fades quickly
I’ve had my Ring system up and running for a little over seven months now. I purchased these batteries as backups for my front and rear doorbell cams. I sadly can’t use solar charging for my doorbell cams because I have a roof overhang that blocks the necessary sunlight that I’d need for solar connections.Regardless, I’ve used these as backups about three times now and I’ve been pretty disappointed. First, these batteries do work. They fit my doorbell cams, though they do require a little extra maneuvering to fit snugly. However, while my OEM Ring batteries will last anywhere from six to eight weeks on my doorbell cams (on high sensitivity setting), these non-OEM batteries have not lasted for more than two to three weeks on the same setting.In addition, the included charger never seems to actually get the batteries up to 100%. It will show a full charge on the charger, and then show 94% on my device and just quickly and steadily drop from there.Similarly, when I charge up my OEM Ring batteries on this charger, I’ve noticed that their usage time decreases dramatically, as the batteries deplete faster.This set was close to the price of one OEM Ring battery ($32 at time of purchase), but the OEM batteries are more reliable when charged via micro USB. I don’t regret this purchase. These are great to have on hand for emergencies, but I wouldn’t rely on these for any of my solar perimeter cameras, or any other camera that is more difficult to readily access. For the price, these were a great purchase. I’ll likely not purchase any more of these.Let’s see how long these last….
