Disappointing Long-Term Durability â Would Not Recommend
I really wanted to like this compost bin, but after just a few months of use, itâs clear this isnât built to lastâespecially for serious composters. While assembly was straightforward and the initial impression was positive, the reality of using it long-term has been disappointing.The structure simply doesnât hold up well once the bin starts to fill. Mine is soil-heavy, and the plastic walls have started bowing and separating. The bottom hatch wonât stay closed anymore, which makes accessing finished compost messy and frustrating. The lid also doesnât stay securely in placeâsomething thatâs only gotten worse over time.This might be fine for very light, occasional composting, but for anything more substantial, itâs just not up to the task. I now need to invest in something more durable. Would not recommend this for long-term or heavy use.

Poor quality
Easy assembly but the quality is terrible. The lid will not close correctly and the overall construction is poor.

Easy Assemble, Quality Low!
It met all the specs and photos and description. Even other reviews mention poor quality. But the size and price point drove me to buy it. Itâs ok, 3 out of 5. I wish the gauge of plastic was better, and the lid didnât keep coming off, every time I used it. But, I canât say I wasnât warmed, by other reviewers. So, I got what I paid forâ¦.

Haven’t placed it in “the ultimate spot” as of yet but its 100% plastic. It also has a rugged manly exterior for getting the dirtiest job done!! Composting is no laughing matter and this device is easily unhumored and undaunted by your organic recycling needs. Aces in my book!!
