Well worth it
I like that this comes with 2(4000ah) batteries. The first battery lasted 50 minutes and that was with hard ground, needed to use its adjustable front handle to put some downward pressure to dig in. The front handle is adjustable forward and back and doesn’t really keep from moving left to right, but I found that to benefit me for a comfortable angle needed to hold it while using. Once I switched batteries, I was on not so rock hard ground. I actually let the weight of the head (with pulling back slowly) do the work, and it was churning the ground with ease. The second battery was used for a section that was half of the project and the ground not being as hard as the first section, the battery level indicator showed 3 bars left at 40 minutes , that was really good. It could have kept on going but I wore down before it did.The assembly was easy enough. The holes drilled on the shaft could be better. Just needed to wiggle it a little to align for the pins. I read the instructions for assembly and noticed it was missing the safety shield part but that wasn’t a problem. The shaft assembly was easy enough, connection and locking collar seem sturdy enough for light duty use. Installing and removing batteries are easy. Charging the batteries are easy enough but not to much of a fast charge, I think. The blades are of great size and gives a wide cut and depth. Not to heavy to move around and works really well. I say it was well worth it!

Great tiller
This tiller works great. I wasnât sure what to expect with it being battery powered but the motor is strong. It was easy to put together, and the battery came charged. All of the weight is on top of the tines with makes it easy to use. All around itâs a great little tiller.

Great machine, assembly may be a problem.
I’ve only used this electric tiller 1 time. I purchased it because it has variable speed control. It has lots of power and is easy to use. I really only have 1 complaint. When installing the blades I was unable to get the outer 2 blades to align properly with the axal. On one side I was able to force the pin using pliers and a hammer. The pin is wedged very tight and may be difficult to remove when needed. On the other side I had to drill the holes larger in order to get the locking pin in. It was not a major problem since I had the tools but some people may not. This condition may be just a one time thing. Overall I like the machine. I would have been a 5 star if assembly had not been a problem.

Poor quality control
Have yet to try it out… assembly instructions are lacking, but there really isn’t much to it; things go together fairly easy. Kudos for providing extra pieces of hardware.Assembled 3 tines with no issues. However, the 4th one (on the outside of the shaft) was cross-drilled slightly off center – as a result, the locking pin cannot be inserted through the shaft.Reading through the reviews, my experience is not an isolated incident.Have sent out an email to customer support – will update when I hear back from them; else, this item’s going back to Amazon.

i bought this electric handheld tiller and like it. it offers me several useful features for my backyard gardening light-duty soil workspro:. Variable Speed Settings: Allows me to adjustment speed for different tasks like loosening topsoil or mixing compost.. Lightweight & Long Battery Life: Easy to maneuver and extended usage without fatigue for soil work.In general, this electric tiller, it performs well for regular garden maintenance like soft soild, soil cultivation and light tilling(recommend to watering first). but for hard or compacted ground, full size gag till does better job.

Purchased for my elderly mother. After I assembled it and tested it she was able to take it and work her little garden and flower beds. Works pretty well for the price.

Great for smaller projects.
First thing I experienced is the horrible assembly instructions. As with many things from China, they are not very clear and detailed. Getting the tines attached to the main drive was a chore due to trying to figure out which ones go on first. The rest of the unit was pretty easy to assemble though.AS far as quality of the build, I do with that some of the plastic parts felt a little more sturdy. I worry that they will crack and weaken over a short period of time, but Iâll have to wait and see.It comes with two batteries which is awesome since you can be charging one while using the tiller and swap back and forth. If you have a smaller size garden bed, this is a great option. If youâre looking to till a larger area though, I would recommend a more robust unit that is wider and two handed.Overall, I think itâs sturdy and getâs the job done, but maybe a bit overpriced for what it is.
