Customers say
Customers find the hand exerciser effective for strengthening finger movement, particularly for those with weak hands and fingers, and appreciate its quality and value for money. The product helps with hand use and offers good flexibility, with one customer noting it can be adjusted for tension. However, durability is a concern as the rubber bands start breaking after second use, and ease of use receives mixed feedback.

good for weak hands
i got this in the mail yesterday. it took me a few to figure out how to get the bands on there propperly but its def a workout! i had c spine surgery earlier this year and my left hand went really weak so this is helping a lot already! my right normal hand finds it easy but i like how you can add or subtract rubber bands to vary resistance. you can also work one finger at a time but i was looking for over all hand grip so this works well for me! the quality is good thick plastic. i will update my review if and when it breaks but i dont see that happening any time soon. 🙂

Easy and simple to use
I used this exact same unit when I was in therapy, after a bad fall, that resulted in a broken hand and wrist. Now that my therapy is finished, I decided to purchase the same exact products that I used in my therapy sessions, to continue the therapy at home, on my own. My therapist only used Cando products, and the quality seemed very good, so I have been purchasing that brand. This hand exercise set is extremely inexpensive for everything that you get in the set, and it works really well. You choose the bands that fit your needs and progress at each level of your improvement. The set comes with all of the bands and they are color-coded, like all of the products from Cando are. That makes it really easy to know which level you are at and to use that resistance. It is very easy to place the bands on the unit and it comes with instructions for 3 different ways to do it. I chose the way that my therapist did it. If you use it every day, it will strengthen your hands and wrists. Cando stands for “can do”, which gives me the incentive to keep on improving.

Order the unit with 25 bands …
I ordered the unit with only 5 red bands. As my therapy progressed, other bands (green & blue) had to be added. I wished I’d ordered the unit with 25 bands instead. All in all, it is an excellent product for hand exercises.

Very helpful .
Very helpful in getting use of my left hand again. I use them 2 or 3 times a day.

Get a GRIP!?
Although the product works well, there is far too many “weaker” rubber bands and too few of the stronger ones. Couple this with the bands wearing out insanely fast and it’s next to worthless. I bought this mid month in July, it’s just turned August and it’s a paperweight since there are no more useful bands. I emailed the company to request more bands and haven’t heard back. Unless you have next to no used of your hands, skip this waste of money.

Great Grip Exerciser
Great part of an at home care routine. This and another product I purchased were recommended to me by my Occupational Therapist. It is well made and has assisted me in gaining my grip strength again. I hope I can find replacement bands for this product without being overpriced. Otherwise, I have found the thick rubber band accompanying some produce products works well, just a bit short and does not stretch quite as easily.

I like that it is colour coded for strength as well as band width and two sets. What I would like to know is lbs or kg strength along with light, med, heavy resistance to provide an accurate reading. Great service, product arrived in a timely fashion. Thank you.
