Is it necessary to insert a Micro SD card for the monitor?
You can use the monitor without inserting a Micro SD card, but if you want to take photo, record video or check the the previous photos and videos, you will need to insert the Micro SD card.The monitor only support local storage with a Micro SD card.
What’s the Sleep Mode?
In sleep mode, the screen of the monitor will be auto-off when there is no noise/motion/high temperature/high humidity & feeding reminder detected to save power. And you can also adjust the sensitivity level or auto-off duration to meet your needs.
The sound picked up by the monitor from the camera is not loud enough, what can i do?
You can update the version to the latest version in the APP settings, then the sound from the camera will be heard normally.
Why is there no video image on the monitor after the camera is powered on again?
Pls wait for sometime to let the camera restart & pair with the monitor, if you can not see the video after waiting for a long time, you can disconnect the camera and monitor and re-pair them again via the setting of “Camera” with the monitor.
How to connect the baby monitor and the camera? Can i turn off the Wi-Fi connection when i don’t need to use the APP?
The monitor will automatically pair with the camera when they are turned on. The connection between camera and APP need to use 2.4G WiFi, when you don’t need to use the APP, you can disable the WiFi via the monitor’s setting of “Safety Protection”

This baby monitor and camera is great and so easy to use once you get the hang of it! It connected to my internet, phone, and the monitor itself so easily. It only took 5 minutes max for the entire process! It’s easy to find and change the setting on my phone, the monitor is a little more challenging but not too difficult if you follow the instructions.The sounds and movement sensitivity is great too. The quality is so much better on my phone, you can see my baby’s detailed little face so perfectly. The monitors picture isn’t too bad either! The camera picks up every little sound that happens in your room, and it can even pick up other sounds from nearby rooms if it is quiet enough.It has some pretty neat perks, like the lights and quality of making calls through it. You can talk through the baby monitor or phone to the camera, or vice versa. It’s light up function is pretty neat too, but also very bright in a dark room.For those who may not like having a lot of apps on your phone just beware you will need to download one, should you want to see things from you phone. Which I like to check in from work so it’s convenient for me. The app and everything works well too.I got this cool camera and monitor on sale, but I would honestly purchase it for full price too. 10/10 recommend.

Awesome baby monitor!
Cute, kids love it, and it has great video quality!I really like this monitor. The parent unit has a nice, large screen, and the quality is incredible compared to my old baby monitor camera! The sound is good, the settings are customizable, though not super clear what they do sometimes, but a few minutes trying them out and seeing what changes is easy to do. The kids love the light up ears (optional light), plus you can choose any color you could ever want. It’s cute, it’s functional, and I like that the screen has the eco mode where the screen goes dark, but will turn on based on the level of sound detected (according to the settings you put). It even has the temperature of the room and the humidity level, which is cool. I haven’t had any connection issues. I didn’t try the wifi capability, but even without it it’s an awesome camera. Even cooler that it can be used with wifi to view on your phone if you’re not home or something.
