Customer service excellent
Works great! Set up wasnât to bad. However, the covers for the sand did not come with the pack. It actually still strips my lawn without weight. Called customer service. Called me back a few hours later, they rushed my caps to me. Super cool!! Didnât think they would get back to you since some do not. I was definitely wrong!

Great product with somehow better customer service
Despite my own mistake in purchasing the wrong model, the customer service experience with the lawn Stryper team was exceptional. When I realized my error, I reached out via email and was surprised when the inventor personally responded, providing his personal cell phone number for direct communication. He promptly sent the correct handlebar inserts free of charge, which were essential for the product to function properly with my Hart self-propelled 40V mower. The results were stunning – the stripes were well defined and crisp, creating a beautifully manicured lawn. I’ve attached a photo to the review for reference, but to say I am completely satisfied as an understatement. It’s rare to find such dedication to customer satisfaction these days. I highly recommend both the lawn Stryper and the amazing team behind it!

great when it worked
striped the lawn fine. Have a honda HRX and the plastic connectors get destroyed easily. ordered a replacement kit direct from them and tried again same issue. The design doesn’t work great. this was expensive so i’ll try to connect it in a different way to drag it so it is still useable. I’m not sure how it connects to other push mowers but the jenky plastic connectors are not strong enough to work long at all.

It Works Great Even with Worx
I bought this knowing it wasnât compatible with Worx lawn mower. I just used clamps to hold it at correct pitch to mower and it works just fine. Definitely should add compatibility for Worx in future though.Very easy to assemble minus putting the sand in the roller. That was the worst part of the whole experience as you canât get a very big funnel in three so just takes long time. After that you are ready to roll.I think picture I uploaded does great justice of how well this product works. I didnât even bag this and had mulch plug in. (It is compatible with bag also)You do need to mow twice for best results, but if you mow in same direction for a couple weeks Iâm sure grass would bend easier with just one mow.Overall great product. People think I have commercial work done to my lawn.

Excellent Customer Service from Steve…it just doesn’t leave lines like the pictures
First off I want to recognize Steve from Fairway lawns. My hook bent immediately on my first mow…I let him know and he sent another one immediately. He even offered a direct phone call (which I did not use). 5 Stars on Customer service.So you must be asking why only 3 stars? Well, because for $180 one should expect a decent set of results no matter how superfluous the purchase. Especially with some of the included review pictures. That just isn’t my case. I purchased this attachment for a Ego LM2130SP Power+ 21 Inch Select Cut that mows a lush Colorado lawn. I mow my grass relatively high (4-5) and there is only the faint semblance of lines. I’ve tried damp and dry with no change. I’ve packed and pounded with a dead hammer and funnel to try and get more dry play sand in here. I weighed the piece at 5 pounds prior to adding sand and was able to add about 11 pounds to get to 16. The instructions say it needs between 16 and 20 and I just don’t know how that’s possible. I figure weight is what the problem is but its as good as I can get it. Perhaps some additional after market weights that fit around the end would be appropriate.UPDATE 7/2023: To test my theory I added an 8 pound weight I had laying around and now it leaves much better lines. To be fair this electric model of Ego mower does not have the suction power that other gas models possess. That could also be another reason why the Ego owners don’t seem to see much here.UPDATE 8/2023: I’ve settled on a 10 lb weight that sits on top of this. That seems to provide the best results so far. Its still not $180 results but good enough for now.

Easy to assemble and striped great but donât expect to have perfect gold stripes/
It really depend on how tall your grass is and how thick and healthy it is. To get the best look use fertilizer and seed spreaders to get a thick dirt and lushes grass for a nice dark green grass and tall to get this perfect stripes. Another ripe is to always follow the white line once you have already created the first pass through. Sand would probably work best but could not spend to much time getting the sand in their . If you do use a funnel and get bone dry sand. And donât expect golf course level stripes. But it really depends on your grass and level of skill/experience.

This is a well built product and works really well. The picture attached was on the first use in my backyard, and this is without loading it up with sand because I needed to dry out the sand before loading it up.My electric ryobi did not leave any sort of stripes before the attachment was added.
