My overall best choice for the money and BTUs!
It was very easy to assemble by myself. All of the parts were there and packed well to prevent damage while staying in a relatively small size box (good use of box space). It took me about 35 minutes to assemble it once I unboxed it.The heater ignites instantly when turned on and ignited with the start button. And it came with a starter battery (size AAA).It throws the heat well when the top heat shield is set to an angle. Itâs perfect, and came in at a great price for the BTUs. I strongly believe it offers 50k BTUs!And looks real nice. It is lighter than I expected, But fortunately the base that the tank sits on is made to be filled with sand if you need it to stand well in stronger winds. And the wheels make it easy to move around.

Excellent Quality and Heats Well
This patio heater is of better construction than other patio heaters Iâve purchased in the past. I also like that it was partially put together. Some instructions might have been a little clearer. Overall good quality. I havenât started it up yet.Update: I used it the other night and it worked great! Heated 120 sf deck area and everyone was toasty.I have one suggestion, however. The hole to pour the sand into the base needs to be bigger. That process was by far the more difficult part of putting the heater together.

Ignition stopped working
About 2 weeks into it, the ignition stopped working completely. There is no provided support or Amazon was unable to help. Would not recommend buying this againPutting together was also difficult and no proper installation guide was provided.

Very nice product and a fair price!
Works great looks great. The only reason I’m subtracting a star is because their instructions are very poor. If they would’ve added five words, it would’ve saved me an out of assembly.

Lack of Response
I bought 2 heaters. One works fine. The other has a short in the igniter which prevents it from lighting. I have asked for help 2 times through Amazon and have not been contacted by the supplier. My next plan is to search the internet for a similar igniter.

Lots of heat
Followed instructions and went together in about an hour. Needs 2 battered in ignitor to work and lights first time every time I have used it. Quickly heats up my work space and I would buy again as it’s well worth the money.
