How many boxes will I receive? Why did I only receive a partial shipment of furniture?
This furniture set will be shipped in 4 boxes, they may arrive at different times, please be patient as they will arrive gradually.
What is the weight capacity of the patio set?
All the single seat support up to 350 lbs.
Why is it frequently observed that the mounting holes cannot be aligned during installation?
During the installation, please follow the sequence in the instruction manual. Do not tighten the screws during the installation until all screws are installed. Tighten all screws only after they are all in place.
Do I need to remove the cushions during rain?
The cushion cover is water-resistant, not completely waterproof. To extend the life of the cushions, please remove them and store in dry place when not in use.
Can the cushion covers be removable and washable?
The cushion covers have zippers and can be washed.

Nice furniture
I was very hesitant to buy a patio set unseen. Thankfully this was a VERY nice set for the money, I couldn’t be happier. The material is very thick and the wicker is quite sturdy. It took my husband and I about 2-3 hours to put it all together. The firepit is nice, mostly for looks, not much heat. That is to be expected from most propane fire pits. I would definitely recommend this set!

Beautiful
Deliver was good except one box looked like it was a return item as it was re-taped and box was in bad condition. When we opened it has missing items Customer Service was great and are sending the replacement parts we need to put the little table and rocking chair together. We put the remaining pieces together. Very easy to put together. Need two people Comfortable. The back cushion needs to be thicker. It says to wait 72 hours for it to thicken up. Will wait and see. I love it. It beautiful.

Did not meet our expectations
This product did not meet our expectations. Upon inspection after assembly, I discovered that it arrived in a damaged condition. Unfortunately, I was unable to return it, as my husband had already assembled it before we noticed the defect.

Only had it put together and outside for about 2 weeks, but looks great. I will have to get lumbar pillows. The seats are clipped together, but keep moving back and forth when you sit on each one. No biggie tho.

Not as Expected
My husband purchased this for me for Christmas because I wanted it sooo badly! The cushions are not the color they are advertised to be.. theyâre not beige, theyâre brown and the set itself is more brown than in the pictures. The quality seems to be okay. Hoping the cushions fluff up and donât stay as flat as they are right now. Assembly was not easy either.
