Dissappointed
Very disappointed on this espresso machine. Iâve been buying these machines for over 15 years. ( I always buy the cheap ones $40-$50 because the frother never lasts. The heat and the pressure are tough on them.) While the frother was good, the coffee didnât get very hot, even tho I used the same coffee grounds I alway use, it didnât taste like espresso.

I am delighted with the QJA Espresso Machine. From the first use, its compact and elegant stainless steel design looks spectacular in my kitchen. The touch screen is intuitive and easy to use, which makes preparing my coffee every morning quick and hassle-free.With 20 bars of pressure, the espresso comes out with a thick cream and an intense flavor, like a professional cafeteria. The milk frother works perfectly for lattes and cappuccinos, with an ideal creamy texture. In addition, the water tank is large (57.5 oz), so I don’t have to be filling it every now and then.Best of all, the 2025 model comes very well updated: it heats up quickly, does not make as much noise as other machines and the parts are easily disassembled for cleaning.I recommend this machine if you want quality, functionality and a modern touch in your coffee routine.

Without a doubt it would be an incredible gift for some coffee lover or for my dear mother â¤ï¸ additional I can’t help but say that to clean it is fast, practical and easy, it works very well. Ok, but need two major improvements
This machine is nice and compact and holds a decent amount of water in its tank. It does its job and makes a good cup of cappuccino/espresso. Its shortcomings are its front buttons and the big handle for holding the coffee (not sure what to call it). The control buttons are frustrating to use and operate inconsistently. Sometimes they seem to require a long press and sometimes a short press to operate. Occasionally nothing happens when pressed and it takes a hard press to work. These âtouchâ buttons need to be replaced with traditional buttons or replaced with an actual LCD touch screen that works properly. The handle is very light and cheap feeling. I almost broke it when tamping down coffee while the metal coffee pod was in the handle, as it popped and a screw came out the bottom. Luckily I was able to reassemble it and now I tamp the coffee before I insert the metal pod into the handle. The handles âworking endâ should be all metal and not 1/2 plastic! The steamer mechanism works well and it froths milk properly.
