Fantastic quality and very convenient!
This cooler/back combo is amazing!Instead of carrying a cooler and a backpack to work, I only carry one.Great high quality material and very well constructed. My only complaint are 1. The only way you can get 12 cans in the bottom cooler is with KY Jelly, a hammer, and a shoehorn 2. If by divine intervention you do get them shoehorned in there you can pretty much forget about using cold packs 3. When the bottom cooler is full there isnât much room left in the top compartment. You can put a lite jacket and A shoe as in singular. 4. The insulation in the cooler keeps getting stuck in the zipper so it will eventually cut it. 5. they didnât put a webbing strap and buckle to secure the cooler section to the upper section to reduce the pressure on the zipper.I truly love this item. Itâs probably the best thing Iâve bought off Amazon!It seems expensive but trust me itâs worth the money!!! Except for the reasons mentioned aboveð

We bought this Carhartt cooler backpack for a summer trip to Washington, DC, and it turned out to be a great choice. It has tons of spaceâplenty of room for water bottles, snacks, sunscreen, and even a few extras we picked up along the way. It was super easy to carry around all day while walking and sightseeing, and it held up great through the heat and constant use.The cooler section on the bottom was especially handy for keeping drinks cold. BUTâhereâs the one thing to watch out for: if you use loose ice, it will leak once it starts melting and the bag gets laid on its side (which, letâs be honest, it will). We learned that the hard way. Iâd definitely recommend using frozen water bottles or ice packs insteadâsame cooling effect, no wet surprises.Overall, itâs a sturdy, functional backpack with classic Carhartt quality. Perfect for travel, day trips, or even kidsâ sports days. Just skip the ice cubes, and youâre good to go!

Its ok. Its definitely not water resistant after more than a half hour in the rain. I use this for road construction, so I’m in the elements for 11-12 hours a day. It’s definitely high quality material but could’ve been more resistant to water. Stitches seem very tough – I hang a portable speaker and a large thermos off a carabiner on the top handle and it holds up very well. Also, I’m pretty disappointed with the cooler section on the bottom. If they had made even a flimsy wall inside the cooler, maybe my lunch wouldn’t get absolutely flattened every day. Shoulder straps also could have been made to accommodate a larger guy like myself. Im 6’2″ 260lbs and it looks like a little kids backpack on me with the adjustment maxed all the way out. Looks great on the listing but I dont know if I’d buy it again.
