A few stumbles, but Amazon is to blame, not the seller/manufacturer
I’m giving this a five star not necessarily because it’s a great product – It’s not And not necessarily because Amazon cilustomer service was helpful when things went south – they weren’t. I give it 5 Stars because it’s a great idea and when I needed help after the meager 30 return window Amazon provides, the seller (manufacturer?) was very helpful and responsive. You see about two months after I purchased the seutfh, one of the two switches stopped functioning properly. After one entire night chatting with Amazon Customer Service they would always circle back to 1. It was outside the 30 day return window, bye, bye. Or you’ll need to contact the seller, which is where I began in the first place.. they refused to help. The seller then jumped in and within one day they were able to get me a replacement switch. Love it! Remember when Amazon was known for outstanding customer service. Not so much any more. Regarding the unit, I have only two complaints. 1. They are constantly illuminated either red for “On” or green for “Off”. But imy mind the colors are backwards. Green should indicate “on” and red should indicate “off”. 2. The company should find a way to provide switch plates that are retrofitted to accommodate the horizontal design of the switch. I purchased a 2 gang switch unit that is accommodated in the space of one a one gang switch. To install it, I had to fabricate a backplate to cover the existing 2 gang hole and allow for a one gang switch . If these switches take off, and I think they will, retrofitted switch plates will be a huge new industry and someone should jump on it!

Well priced attractive smart switch
It is an attractive switch, and it does work with two common apps. I paired it with Smart Life.A note for all smart switch manufacturers: It would be good to include a couple of compressible foam templates with a switch as often, with wire nuts and wiring in a switchbox, there is not enough room to completely screw these devices in so they are flush with the wall. I have a couple where this is the case and had to fashion templates to fit behind the switch and compress against the wall.You can just make out it is green in the picture.Just another point, L1 and L2 are not reversible on this device you need to get them the right way around for the device to gain power.Apart from that, easy to connect to the app and wifi and it instantly was available with Alexa through the Smart life app.

1 star for description, product itself is nice. But the correct terminology should be 3 Switch, Not 3 gang. As this is just a single wall plate fixture and does not cover a 3 gang box.

Deceptive description.
Ordered a 2 gang switch. Noticed that it has two buttons on the face in the picture so I ordered it. When it arrived it looked small. It is a 2 gang switch but is the size of a single gang. It will control two circuits, but will only take up the space of a single box. Only order if you want to control two circuits in the box of a single switch.
