This system is amazing! The features are second to none!First the control pad housing is not some cheap plastic it is metal AND has a tamper proof design to protect the owner.Next, it comes with (8) key fobs allowing you to give them out to anyone who might need access to your home, kids, family member’s, neighbors etc.Next, the monitor allows the homeowner to clearly see who is at the door. The image is crystal clear, the screen is large giving you the ability to see the not only the person at the door but beyond that person. This lets you feel confident that unlocking the door to the visitor and being able to see behind and next to the person such as someone possibly hiding for dangerous reasons.And finally, the ability to control the door locking and unlocking remotely is brilliant! If you are looking for an entry security door bell/door lock video system, look no further, this is the one to get!Setup is straight forward with clear instructions. You do need to have a basic understanding of wiring but nothing complicated. Follow the directions and feel confident that your entry door is secure.

My company is installing this video intercom for a client. It’s got alot of features that set it apart from the typical doorbell cams you see online. I’ll spell out a few of those, and one thing to keep in mind before purchasing it.First, it’s a doorbell, intercom, and monitor rolled into one package. You can connect two cameras to it, access it over the internet, and use a sd card for storage. You can also connect multiple monitors, in case you want to see the doorbells from different places in the house.It can control electronic locks, that can be opened remotely from the monitor or app. They can be either normally open or normally closed type current locks.The included doorbell camera is metal, not plastic and has a metal mount to make it secure. Use some anti tamper screws on this and it will be very secure.It also includes rfid key tags that can be used to open the electronic locks connected to it.Things to keep in mind for installation: the monitor, camera, and locks are powered from a plug in adapter so you need to have a power outlet near the monitor. The monitor and camera must be connected by a 4 conductor wire and can be up to 300 feet apart -depending on wire size (spelled out in the manual). Naturally, to use with your cell phone you have to hook it into your wireless router.In our application we are mounting the camera at a gate, using it to actuate the gate opener, and monitor/record people approaching the gate.

This product is absolutley junk
The monitor times out really fast where you can’t watch the entire time of whos coming or going. Also, woudn’t connect to the app at all. I spent over an hour messing with it and it wouldn’t connect. Now I have (2) lines going all the way down the monitor and no picture. This thing is absolute garbage! Take this as a -5 stars.

Works as intended – the video quality is not great – manual not easy to follow and does not show options I needed. Lock installed needed to be replaced with the oposite type (open when powered) my lock was closed when powered.The highlight is the option to use RFID tag to open gate. I wish for another RFID sensor or exit button from inside to be added.

I’ve been testing this for over a month now and I could not be happier with my purchase. For the price, you are getting something that is high quality with lots of functionality which usually costs a lot more. It works well; I’ve been using it for some time, and no issues at all. I does need a strong wifi connection or disconnects from the phone app (but that is not needed to have it work as I want). However, I solved that by increasing my wifi range, throughout the house. I’m very impressed by how well it works: the image is very clear and wide, capturing everything around the front of my door–even when at night. See the attached picture of the night view. Highly recommend it!

The product looks good and will be helpful to some.I was disappointed with the size of the cord that connects between the doorbell and the monitor screen, it is definitely too small for me to use.My only option is to use the app instead of the monitor.

We have purchased 3 other video doorbell from this company and all have been excellent but this item did/ does not work. We have had 22 emails back and forward trying to fix it but to no avail. The door bell rings and takes a photo but there is no Motion Dectection at all. Advertised to dectect 8 to 10mtrs…you can stand directly in front and will not detecting. Very unhappy with the doorbell.
