Holds a lot of weight if mounted properly
Comes pre assembled ready to mount, I used my own screws, I have it mounted on a 2×4 , which is mounted on 2 , 2x4If you mount it properly it can hold a lot of weight ,Great organizer for the price , it is able to hold a lot of different bars / attachments

Decent Rack, But Mounting Is a Hassle
This gym rack does a nice job keeping cables, bands, and handles tidy, but the included mounting hardware leaves a lot to be desired.🔩 Assembly Issues & Weak HardwareThe unit comes pre-assembled, which is a plus—but as mentioned in the customer review on page 6, the included screws aren’t great for mounting directly into drywall. You’ll likely need a stud or to replace the screws and anchors yourself for anything over light-duty use. It holds up once reinforced, but it’s not a true plug-and-play install.🏋️ Good Storage DesignThe rack itself is solid once up. This looks great and was really easy for me to hang on thewall by myself.

Currently holding a curl bar, t-bar row handle, and a bunch of bands. Nice and solid when mounted into a stud.
