Perfect Balcony Vibes â Great Value!
I bought this colorful string light set for my apartment balcony and I absolutely love it. They give such a cozy, fun vibe at night, with colors that are bright but not harsh. It instantly makes the space feel more inviting and relaxing.The setup was super easy, and the lights completely transformed the atmosphere of my balcony. Fantastic Lights and even Greater Customer Service !
These lights are absolutely bright and beautiful !! They shine and sparkle and are very high quality, are a great value. I had no issue connecting them up. The app works good although if you can use the SmartLite app may work better for them.I did have a small issue with the lights bugging out on me after a year of use, (I might have reset them wrong) and so I emailed support at support@xmcosy.com and I got an email back form Vincy and Nate. They sent me a brand new pair of XmCosy lights at no cost to me (free shipping too) for the trouble! Now that is great customer service ! Highly recommend you purchase these lights, HIGHLY !

Very good, but…
Very good product (compared to other brands I have had), lighter than most colored lights out there too, but my biggest gripe and why 4-stars is that the app is quirky (using iOS). Let me explain quirky. It has reset itself twice in 3 months whereas I have to reestablish a connection again (via Bluetooth and wifi) which is a pain if it he main unit that is at the beginning of the string is high, whereas having to get to it to establish a signal to app. Other than that, it is fairly solid. **If there is one thing would add to the app, (if connectivity is lost, is a page that redirects you to sign in. I would also appreciate a save on a certain level of white light control. Meaning, I can establish a nice warm glow, but once that connection is finished (from the scheduled off), it goes back to bright white when the scheduled on activates for the evening – and that is frustrating.

a light string to get you from halloween through New Years
You can control them all from your phone app, switch out individual light colors, make them fall like a rainbow of color or pulse to the music. They come with preset moods and holiday or you can make your own. These are really awesome and tasteful; if done right! If you get these right now so you can use them for the major holidays, Halloween through New Years! I loved hanging out in princess mode when I turned them all bright pink. The dark periwinkle blue was incredible, and the aqua blue made me feel like I was underwater. I dropped them a bunch while trying to install them but they continued to work without a glitch or scratch. They seem to be really sturdy. I’ll write an update to see how they hold up through all the winter storms. Stay tuned…

The lights are terrific, love the retro look and the multitude of patterns and scenes are almost limitless!One of the main reasons i bought another set of lights from these guys is the customer service. This is my 3rd set of lights, i had issues with just one set and they resolved my issue pronto. After sending me directions and alternates to try to get my lights working better, they replaced them, no fuss, no drama, just did it.Besides the great quality is customer service, these guys are amazing.

Had an issue, the seller took care of it quickly.
These worked for exactly 2 months. then they would not connect. I tried everything.UPDATE – 100% HAPPYI contacted the seller, and they responded within a day. They offered to refund the lights, but I opted for a new controller. These are beautiful lights, highly customizable, and perfect for what I need. It took 2 days for the new controller to arrive, and they are working perfectly again.I really hope they last, and suspect they will. Sellers don’t respond like this to bad products – they were absolutely wonderful about this and within a couple of days they fixed my issue. 100% happy with them.

Sent a used and defective product.
The lighting was obviously used when I opened the box. Not such a big deal as it is outdoors lights. Theyâll get dirty. The app wanted permission to access my camera and other items not relevant to the lights. thatâs a no for me. The lights had a decent cool white color when first plugged in. Going through the steps to connect to WiFi they started flashing red as the lights and WiFi were trying to connect. It was a pretty red color but after it couldnât connect to my WiFi after seven tries all they would do is rapid flash red. Even when I unplugged them and plugged them back in all it would give me is a rapid flashing red pattern. So, they were used, no connection and do not but flash red. Great I guess if you want to send a distress signal like in the movie Quiet Place.

I purchased these string lights to go around my front porch patio. They are of excellent quality, however you need to know that they are spaced out more than anyone would want, like 2 ft per bulb. I measured and ordered roughly twice my patio circumference, and ran them around twice to get the closer together feel. I also grabbed a separate extension cord with integrated switch off Amazon. They’re nice.
