These bags are really good, and the price is just right. I use them for both perishable and non-perishable items, and I like that you can actually hear the seal click shutâit gives some peace of mind. The size works well, and while the design is simple, it does the job.One thing I wish is that the seal was color-coded so you could instantly tell when itâs fully closedâthat would be super helpful. Also, they donât hold onion smells very well, so I usually double bag those. Still, for the price, I think theyâre worth it. Plus, theyâre reusableâjust wash them in hot, soapy water and let them dry. ð

These Amazon Basics gallon bags work just as well as the name-brand ones Iâve used, but at a better price. The plastic is thick enough to feel sturdy, and the seal closes securely without much effort. Iâve used them for storing leftovers, packing snacks, and even organizing small household items, and theyâve held up great without leaking or tearing. Not as sturdy as the need to be.
Once sealed you have to open them carefully or the part above the seal tears off making it impossible to open. Consider them a one time use item. Amazon needs to correct this flaw. I will not buy again until the flaw is fixed.

Strong Bags+Secure Seal!
These bags work just fine and were at a great price. I use them when I scoop out my cat’s litter box, so the bags have got to be sturdy, plus easy to seal up 100% securely. And since I use 2-3 per day, I really appreciate a bargain! The fact that no smell escapes once the bag is closed is important. Plus they’ve never torn or accidentally broken the seal, and damp clumping cat litter is quite heavy! It’s a real testament to the strength of these gallon size bags. ð¹ I’m sure that they’re going to stand up to nearly anything we throw at them!!
