Excellent quality
Must have large counter space or move to another area to use. I place in corner and pull forward for use. Works well for me as I have limited counter height (11 1/2 in). Grills well with little to no smoke. instruction are well written and easy to understand. The glass lid comes off for easy cleaning.I have search for this oven combo for months and I think I chose a great one for my needs. It was also a good value based on others I looked at. I love the top loading feature. Itâs so convenient. I can see how my food is cooking.If I had a manufacturers recommendation it would be to equip with a way to remove grill/basket when hot. Handles are convenient but must wait until it cools to remove.It looks so nice in the space. I must give the best rating overall due to my large counter space, cabinet height limitations and top loading feature.

Best appliance in my kitchen!
I love this indoor grill/air fryer! First thing I tried was the grill. I used frozen burgers and laid 4 inside on the grill plate. In less than 9 mins I had perfectly grilled burgers that were well done, but very juicy and tasted just like I had used the outside charcoal grill. I also tried the air fryer and used previously frozen potato wedges and used the guide that is provided in the usage materials and they cooked up nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.Cleaning isn’t as big of deal as several have said. I feel it’s easier than my previous air fryer and the fact that everything comes out and every crevice can be cleaned by hand and everything but the plastic base for the drip tray can be placed in the dishwasher if you don’t want to hand wash.The glass lid is a great feature making it easy to check on your food while it’s cooking without having to open it up and allow heat to escape.Cons: it is a large appliance so best to make sure you have the counter space for it. I recommend measuring your space. You will also need to allow for 4 inches in the back for proper operation and allow for heat to escape.So, if you have the space and are in need for a larger air fryer this is the ideal item.

So far so good! Grilled the best salmon, chicken on skewers. All came out moist and delicious. Have not tried the air fryer yet.

This is working great so far. Amazon said mine Comes wth a Temp. Probe & Griddle, After I inquired about those accessories. Mine DID NOT come with a Temp. Probe & Griddle.

Safety hazard
After a few uses this grill has become too much of a hazard. The first couple of uses it seemed to cook well, however, now it overheats, displays an error (E3) prompt, and shuts down. I have no idea what E3 stands for as there is nothing in the instructions about any error messages, nor is there any trouble shooting guide that refers ANY problems.The photographs that are attached illustrate the inconsistencies with the ambient temperatures. The temperature was set for 365F and it started to spike upward of 425F. What the photographs donât show, is the burning electrical smell coming from the grill, or the buzzing sound coming from the display panel.The other issue is with the drip tray. Iâve done nothing but hand wash the tray after every use with mild dish detergent and warm water, and it is still difficult to work the grate back into the plastic insert. The manual instructs to allow the grill to completely cool down before removing the drip tray, which I did every time. The drip tray was hand washed and completely cool down every time, and itâs still warped.I considered taking the grill to a small appliance repair shop, however, I think at this point, Iâll just chalk it up as lesson learned about Gourmia products.

So easy to use, so many appliances in one…
I love this! I live in a condo and don’t have easy access to a bbq to grill steaks or chicken or whatever. This makes cooking my little steak so easy, clean up is easy, and i don’t have to worry about running out of propane. It hasn’t smoked up my kitchen like my old indoor grill did. My kid used the air fryer and said it was super easy. I have yet to try it. But I love the grill!!

Bad design
I had great hopes for this air fryer, but if you look at the design, the grease falls directly on the burners and causes a lot of smoke. Could this have caused more than smoke? I do not recommend this, even though it looks great.

Review not on quality, but because of negligence. I ordered this product outside of the U.S and the description says it meets voltage requirements, however after i received it i saw on the box and on the air fryer that it requires 120v which is unusable in my area. I was going to gift this and it would’ve burnt out if they tried to use it. Unacceptable.

I had the small air fryer from Costco before and the drip tray was too small to cook just 4 hamburgers with the tray over running. This model has a much larger tray and can easily handle 8 burgers worth of fat. Had issue with drip tray popping out a little when pre heating but noticed that metal tray insert has to have arrows facing out. Bottom drip tray is plastic, and abit fragile since it is thin walled
