I’ve been using the ring products for a while now. These two together (the doorbell and the Camera) are REALLY good when used together! These two products will give you the BEST in views for a specific location! Very easy install and setup. highly recommended!

Great product but expensive. I was able to pick it up cheaper on Amazon but I had to wait for it to go sale. Then I picked it up. To expensive retail price for $179 but on sale I think it was $110 great deal for both.

Only half items shipped, doorbell mounting plate poor design, unusable
Received this as a gift. However, it shipped without the black cam. My mom ordered this as a gift for my husband for Christmas and the second piece never arrived. The second camera was the real incentive for why I placed this in the gift list. Home thefts occur most often at the rear door so I wanted the rear protected.Also the ring doorbell will not engage with the mounting plate even after troubleshooting with the opening tool, leveling, screw loosening. I question if this was a returned item. This piece of equipment is therefore rendered unusable.For that I rate it one star.
