Great product!
Better than expected. Super easy to set it up. Apparently good quality too. Havenât tried usb or sd storage yet, and itâs quite unnecessary, you can do it much better through your phone. I love the option to send a card for birthday (example, there are multiple choices).

Easy to set up
I initially thought setting this up would be difficult, but it turned out to be easier than the one I purchased several years ago. I really enjoy the 10.1-inch screen; the display quality is excellent. The touchscreen functionality is a great feature, and I appreciate the split-screen option as well. I’m seriously considering getting a few of these as Christmas gifts for my children.

Great Product, Instructions Could be More Detailed in some Steps
Overall I really like this digital picture frame. The simple design and size make it easy to put just about anywhere in your home. The picture quality is very good and the pictures move well from one to the other. I did struggle a bit with the set up instructions. In particular I wish that there had been better instructions regarding how to set up the app on your phone. I had to seek out help for that and it will take me some time to learn all the different features. I am not as tech savvy as some people. As with many tech products the instructions include a lot of acronyms making it difficult for those of us who did not grow up using them.I like that you can share a link and other people can add to your photos. Changing photos is a great idea for conversation starters. Overall I am happy with my purchase.Â

Can’t fill the screen, only half of screen fills
It’s not bad but no matter what we try, with different pictures, we can never make them stretch and fill the entire screen. We tried all options, and loaded different formats and sizes– but nothing works. What’s the point of a 21.5″ screen when pictures occupy only about 11″-15″ of screen space?Also, you can’t really put captions on pictures – when you do it then it shows other information, too, such as your username or email address. So 3 stars is fair.

Great photo frame!
This photo frame is so easy to set up! It took me 5 minutes from unboxing to having a photo on it. The setup manual was clear and helpful. I was disappointed that it had to be plugged limiting where it can be placed. Overall very happy with this photo frame!
