It does have better results when wet but you can do quick touch ups dry. Functionality:So easy to use right out of the box. This Shaver Won’t Charge
I purchased this shaver set in April and it will not recharge. It worked well when it actually recharged, but I can’t say much more because after 3 months this product won’t charge anymore. I wish I could return it but I think it’s passed the deadline.
