Great DSP
I love this DSP. All the channels work well. It cleaned up my music by a lot. I haven’t had one problem with it. The Bluetooth is amazing. I just sit in my garage and tune my system through my phone. I don’t know how many feet the Bluetooth works to, but I stood at least 20 feet away while playing with some music to see how I liked the sound and everything worked on point. Muting different channels to focus in on one setting is great. Like the volume, the crossover points, the gains, and the eq on each channel worked like a charm. I waited to do this review to try it out for myself. After having this DSP for a year now I absolutely have no complaints. At this price point sometimes it pays to buy and try something out for yourself regardless if reviews are bad or good. My soul opinion about this DSP is it’s the best bang for the buck. I would put this DSP up against any $500 DSP on the market.

App for Bluetooth is called “Expert RLINE”
There’s an app called “Expert” which according to its description is the appropriate for this DSP model, however it does not connect to the DSP via Bluetooth.There are a few other apps by the same company on the app store, I tried the “Expert RLINE” app and it worked fine with the PX8.2 dsp despite this model not being listed on the app description.There’s also a issue of noise coming out from the speakers when no music is played, but this is due to the main gain set at 0 dB as default on the DSP. Try lowering it and the noise should be gone. I set my Main Gain to – 6 db on the app and that was enough to get rid of the idle noise and also have some more headroom with the head unit volume knob.As a final recommendation try playing around with the time alignment distances so you find a good soundstage, it doesn’t always has to be set to the exact distance from the speakers.Oh and if you ever need to hard reset the unit, long press the “Esc” key and a reset message will appear on the display

Brilliant piece of Equipment.
With this Gizmo has an excellent built-in EQ. you can add, cancel out & adjust the level of whatever frequencies that you required for each channel. regulate output power going through the unit as well as the phase. along with that it has a built-in output & input gain that boost individual channels which is a separate software app you can also adjust and control most things from it via Bluetooth. I have three knobs. highs, mids, lows. that way I can adjust it to the circumstance. no need for a ridiculous equalizer. Also works well with crossovers, amps and capacitors. This is an excellent product and I suggest that everyone that has a system in their vehicle acquire one.

Garbage trash don’t buy you’ll only disappoint yourself
Worked OK until the refund date expired. Now the remote out isn’t working properly. Not producing enough voltage for the remote in on the amplifiers to turn on. Keeps turning itself off. The app to control it is slow and hard to connect to at times. And forget about trying to contact the company about repairs or something that would involve talking to ANYONE at EXPERT ELECTRONICS. Sad to say but but something else and don’t waste your money on this. It doesn’t allow a lot of wattage to go thru before it turns itself off. Even the cheaper ones were better then this. If I could rate this a zero I would.

Es mi segundo DSP que instalo en mis carros, la configuración se hace mucho mas facil atravez del bluetoot, y aunque lo logré configurar el sonido al fin de cuentas es bueno pero creo que pudiera ser incluso mejor en comparación a otras marcas, aunque son mas costosas.
