Very disappointed when my initial order Giraffe Tools pressure washer hose reel arrived damaged , but after contacting Giraffe directly through their support internet email contact and following their directions and waiting for their answer back I was happy to see they seem to take care of their customers, they sent me a complete new Pressure Washer Hose Reel to replace the damaged one . Good Customer Service, I havenât used the replacement reel yet so the quality is still yet to be determinedâ¦

works as expected. hung in ceiling between garage doors, and now I have pressure washer by pulling on the reel up to 60 feet. so good so far. hose looks reasonable for residential usage.works for me so far.if it fails me in the future, I will flame this product.happy today

Excellent Hose Reel – Works Great – Built Like A Tank – Easy Installation / Mounting – Recommended!
This pressure washer hose and reel is exactly what I was expecting from Giraffe Tools. I own a few of their products and none of them have yet to let me down. The reel doesn’t require any assembly and comes ready to go in the box. You just have to figure out where you want to mount it. The functionality of the self-retracting reel is excellent and the spring loaded device pulls the hose reel back in with good enough force that you can run the hose through a towel in your hand as it retracts to get the hose clean before you put it back on the reel.The reel is built like a tank and will absolutely hold up to whatever you can throw it’s way. It is absolutely durable enough for use in even an industrial facility or a truck/automotive shop environment. The connections are standard and it should work with any pressure washer that uses the “standard” pressure washer hose threads. Just be sure to mount it within like 4-6 feet of where your pressure washer will sit so the feed hose from the reel will reach your washer.This is a great reel that is built like a tank a has a ton of value at this price. If you are not familiar with Giraffe Tools, I would highly recommend giving anything from them a try. They make consistently fantastic products that continually live up to my expectations.

This pressure washer is dope! And I mean that it’s a beast in the absolute best way possible. Iâve got it mounted on my garage wall, which means no more dragging hoses all over the place or tripping over cords. The 30-foot retractable hose is perfect for reaching every corner of my yard. I use it to clean everything, from the patio to my car and the driveway. The four different nozzles give me all the flexibility I need, whether blasting away filth or giving the car a gentle rinse. The soap cannon is what I was looking for in a pressure washer. When washing my car, the foam coats everything nicely, making the whole process feel less like a chore and more like a fun weekend project.The power on this thing is wild and it’s very powerful – much more powerful than than I ever expected from an electric model. Itâs perfect for tackling the dirt that builds up on my outdoor furniture and even takes care of some oil stains on the driveway that I thought were there for good. The retractable hose feature is something I never knew I needed until now; itâs like having a personal assistant that tidies up after me. It doesnât get tangled, and rewinding it is almost satisfying. Thereâs really not much to complain about. Itâs a bit heavy, but thatâs a small price to pay for how much this thing can do and nothing to worry about once you get it mounted.Now I just need to save up enough to order another one for my back yard.

I got this to mount on the wall of my workshop near the bay door to connect to my pressure washer as before rolling out and storing the hose had gotten unwieldy and messy. This hose reel is well made and the hose is long enough to reach any place I need . It mounts easily on the wall and has all the adapters you need to be sure it will connect to your washer. The hose pulls out and retracts easily.

Iâve used the Giraffe Tools Pressure Washer Hose Reel for about a month on my garage wall, paired with a 4000 PSI washer. Itâs a game-changer for hose controlâthe auto-rewind feature works smoothly with just a light tug, and the hose retracts without kinks or snags thanks to the four non-snag rollers. The 60ft length gives me plenty of reach for driveways, siding, and even backyard furniture.The steel frame feels solid and well-built, with a corrosion-resistant powder coating thatâs held up well in wet conditions. I also liked the any-length lock system, which lets you stop the hose wherever you need itâgreat for spot cleaning without dragging the whole reel. The adjustable guide arm helps keep the hose aligned during retraction, and the M22-15mm connectors fit most standard pressure washers.That said, installation takes a bit of effortâyouâll want to mount it securely into studs or masonry. Also, the reel is heavy (over 24 lbs), so solo setup might be tricky. Once installed, though, itâs rock solid.

This hose reel has been a huge upgrade for my pressure washer setup.
